"Sounds like a plan!" I say with a soft smile, standing up and holding one of my sketchbooks. 12 noticed this, she leaves nothing unnoticed. God, I love her.

"Which one is that?" She questioned while continuing to pin papers to my corkboard.

"It's the one I drew in when we made this promise. There are mainly flowers in this, and I haven't had a sketchbook since" I say, stretching the corner of my mouth. 12 smiled and walked over to me with a kind smile.

"Well, you paint, that's for sure. And your art is still amazing" she said, looking at all my flower paintings in the room. I smiled and walked over to my desk, putting the sketchbook down. "Thanks, 12," I said sincerely. "Oh, and about that bunker you were talking about, it's right here" I stated as I went around my desk and pushed the chair away. I kneeled down, feeling my hand around for a keyhole that was camouflaged and flat so it couldn't be seen. I swear, I could just feel 12 raising her brow, walking over to me.

I found the keyhole and reached up to pull out a drawer from my desk, taking out a green with red strips key I painted. I unlocked the bunker door and opened it, standing up and walking down a few steps before turning to see that 12's face had lit up. "Holy crap, that's sick! Go 13!" She exclaimed, fist-bumping the air.

"You haven't even seen the beginning" I chuckle. "Would you like a tour?" I asked, knowing full well she does. 12 nodded happily, and I nodded, walking down the stairs. "Oh, and can you bring the corkboard down with you, please?" I asked while continuing to walk down. 12 quickly did as asked, rushing down the cement stairs to catch up with me.

12 was looking around, even though it's all just cement. "Only 2 more flights of stairs left," I said casually, looking at 12, who was beside me. She nodded as we continued walking. "It must be pretty far down, huh?"

I chuckled a bit "Yep, I come prepared for any kind of apocalypse" I said confidently.

Once we got to the very bottom, it was a little smaller than my apartment. The cement walls and even the floors were painted with flowers, zombies, and random murals. The floor was painted a dark black with white stripes, mimicking the appearance of marble. There weren't any barrier walls except for the bathroom, which was just like a regular full bathroom. There were 2 sets of bunk beds with a tiny closet of guns and knives. Opposite of that was a big table with games, cards, a box of paint and paintbrushes, lots of paper, pencils, some sharpeners, erasers, a stapler, pens, and more. It was like a Staples store on that table. There were also chairs, obviously. Further in was a huge pantry with empty shelves, waiting to be filled with food. Opposite of the shelves was a huge chalkboard with different colored chalk and erasers. It was half the size of the wall. The other half was a corkboard. In the corner/next to the chalkboard were stairs leading up to the apartment.

12 looked around in amazement. "So.. do you like our little hideout?" I asked, a little nervous. 12 was speechless, walking around and admiring every painted wall and all the work I had put into this bunker. She was especially attached to my arsenal. I can't wait to show her what I have in my room if she likes the weapons down here.

"This.. is.. AMAZING!!" She shrieked, turning to me proudly. I giggled and couldn't help but smile. "Awe, thanks.." I say shyly, but happily. As she's looking around, I walk to the table where she had left the corkboard and picked it up, bringing it over to the bigger one. I began to transfer all the papers 12 pinned, to the big corkboard in a corner. A lot of the board was filled with my sketches and newspapers about an apocalypse, as well as printed out articles. It was all just me brainstorming.

12 walked over to where I was, wrapping her arm around my shoulder. "You did all this?" She asked, almost sounding baffled. I nodded, looking over all the papers for the thousandth time.

12 looked to the side of her, seeing papers piled up. "What are these?" She asked, going over to them and picking some of them up.

"Hm?" I hummed, looking over at her, and walked to her, kneeling down to pick up some of the papers.

"Wait... Are these calenders?" She asked, flipping through them. I simply nodded with a hum. "These go all the way to 2070! How did you get these? They don't even have 2034 out yet." She was completely puzzled and amazed.

"Well, for one, they go up to 2100, and secondly, I made them. I began making them in college and finished them around 3 months ago" I explained, standing up and carefully taking the papers from 12, placing them back down, and smiling at her.

"You're amazing..." She whispered sweetly. I put my hands on her cheeks, cupping them lovingly. "And it seems you've underestimated me" I joked, smirking a bit. I chuckle and give her a peck on the lips before returning to retrieve the smaller corkboard. I could tell 12 was blushing. "Anyways, you ready to go back up? We can take the other stairs, they lead into my kitchen. I still wanna show you my apartment!" I say with a smile, turning to 12 to see if she wants to go up or stay.
