Chapter 17

"Brooklyn?" Ryan asked they stared at each other with shock. "You know each other?" Mr Games asked looking between the two of them. In panic Bayliy looked between Ryan and Austin.

She narrowed her eyes at Ryan hoping he could get her silent unspoken message. "She uh we have the same group of friends" he lied looking at Bayliy, she let out a silent sigh. 

"Well then boys this is Austin Baker, he runs the Blood Guns" Mr Games continued with the introduction. Raymond was the first to strech his had out, "I've heard a lot about you" Raymond said. "Yeah aren't you running the Blood Guns into the ground?" Ryan chipped in.

The smile from Austin's face fell and his body stiffened. "Raymond had taken over with me, so he can prepare  for when I retire. And Ryan has started his own little gang in Carolina" Mr Games said proudly.

"Excuse me" Austin said walking away and in the direction of the bathroom. "How sad to take a man's years of hard work and pass it off as your own then expect to be rewarded for it" Mr Games said shaking his head.

"Let's got get a drink" he said walking away Raymond following him. "Your dad's really something" She said as Ryan stepped towards her. "I thought you told me to wait for you. What's all this now?" Ryan asked.

"It's a bit complicated right now that's why I told you wait" she sighed. "Would you like to dance?" He asked holding his hand out for her. "Sure" she said with a smile on her face.

"You look beautiful tonight by the way" he said and he put one of his hands on her back. "So I've been told" she replied placing her hand on his shoulder.

"So where's Max and what are you doing all the way here in Miami?" He asked keeping a straight face. "Like I said things are complicated I need to take care of a few things" she repiled.

"Things or people?" He raised a brow at her, "you're one to ask Mr Mafia Prince of New York. How come you haven't told me about this?" She asked turning the attention on him.

"I'm exploring a few things one my own for now before I graduate" he explained. "And it's not exactly something that's first date material" he joked. "Yeah" Bayliy laughed.

"God I hate that guy" Ryan commented, Bayliy turned to see Austin walking back into the ballroom. "I'm still going to need you and your team Ryan, I don't know when but I'm going to need you" she said looking him in the eyes.

"I'll be there you just say the word and I'm there" he said seriously. "Thanks" she said smiling at him, "I could really use a cheese burger right now" she laughed placing her forehead on his chest.

"I wish I could stay like this forever" she mumbled. "I do too" he sighed. "I better get going before Austin passes out" she said pulling away from him, "thanks for the dance" she said kissing his cheek and giving him a smile.

"Next time I see you it'll be more then the cheek" she winked before walking away. Ryan smiled at her retreating figure, she was such a complex person.

"Hey you wanna go home for the after party?" Bayliy whispered into Austin's ear when she caught up to him. He turned to her his eyes a bit wide and glossed over. Bayliy noticed that his pupils where dealiated, she instantly knew he was high.

"Let's go" he said grabbing her hand and leading her out of the party and to their limo. Bayliy smirked to herself, she needed to get this done as quickly as possible.

Austin smashed his lips to Bayliy's once the driver took off in the direction of the mansion. The kiss was rushed and sloppy since he was intoxicated, but Bayliy has to play along so she could carry out the plan.

Austin pulled her out of the car and dragged her up stairs to his room. "Wait wait, I need to use the bathroom" Bayliy said pulling away from him as they made out on his bed. "Sure the bathrooms right there" he said pointing at the door.

She rushed in the bathroom and locked the door, she got out a sleeping pill from her bag and flashed the toilet pretending to have used it before she walked out.

Austin gave her a lust filled smile as she walked out of the bathroom. "Let's put some music on" she said walking over to the ipod dock and putting it on, letting the music fill the room.

She got out a bottle of wine from the mini fridge and two glasses before pouring it, she quickly put the pill in without getting caught and watched it desolve before picking the glass up again. "Here you go" she said handing him the glass.

She took a sip of wine from her own glass. As expected Austin drank it all at once. "Let's do this" he said pulling his coat off and pulling her to him again. It was not even five minutes Austin's body relaxed over hers.

"Austin?" She called softly. She shook him a bit and soft snores left his mouth. She silently thanked the higher power and roughly pushed him off of her.

She got off the bed and started to remove the clips from her hair. She got a hairband and pulled her hair up into a ponytail so she could move more freely.

She pulled her skirt off to revile the black tights that were under, she pulled them down so that it covered her whole leg. She got out a plain black hoodie from Austin's closet and pulled it over her top.

She opened the bedroom door and once everything was clear she closed the door and locked it behind her. She managed to sneak her way to her bedroom. She locked the door once she was safe and pulled out the box from under her bed.

"Let's do this" she said putting a smart watch on her wrist and setting the timer.
