"I will credit your account with the compensation amount.... And... I am not at all sorry for that accident because even you were driving rash...." As soon as I heard this my inside clenched with anger....

What the hell does she means that she can compensate my loss.... God damn that was my favourite car.... And then I got late due to that accident.... Wait.... Yes.... I got late because of that accident.... And I couldn't get my dad's dream project.... How can I miss this? She.... That bitch did that intentionally.... She intentionally made me lose my temper on someone and then I got late which benefitted her.... How can you be this cruel Bela Sharma.... I hate you.... And I mean it.... Now you will see what Mahir Sehgal's revenge looks like....

I stormed off and drove to my office....

Even after trying to concentrate from two hours now, I can't concentrate knowing that I lost that deal just because of that clever ass woman.... And to add something more to my anger dad visited office today....

Flashback:

"Wow Mahir.... You were late and now you are blaming that rival... When will you start considering your mistakes rather than rubbing the blame on other's face...."

"Dad I wasn't late she made me get late...."

"Stop giving excuses Mahir.... For you, your date with that.... What's her name.... Something like...."

"Heli.... Dad it's Heli...."

"Yes... That Heli.... That was important for you I guess...."

"Dad I love her and I won't listen anything against her...."

"Yeah... Again the same classic Romeo pick up line.... Shut up Mahir.... I have told you hundred of times that Heli is not the right girl for you.... You know what.... I did this mistake... Of choosing the wrong even after getting the best one that is your mom.... And I don't want you to repeat the same.... And Heli is not best for you...."

"Dad.... We were talking about deal no? From where did Heli come in this conversation? And also? What's wrong in her?"

"Everything is.... What right in her Mahir? You know what.... The best life partner should be something like.... She should motivate you to become successful.... Rather than banking on you for her expenses.... Also she should be trying to make you realise your mistakes but she never does that.... At least I haven't heard of her trying such thing.... And then.... Right one knows that work comes first but rather she gets mad when you don't give her time.... I am not saying she is bad.... Just that she is not right for you.... "

"Enough dad.... Already I am having a bad day.... So please...."

"Am leaving but please Mahir think about it.... I am your father and I want the best for you"

"Why are you not saying anything against that bloody Bela Sharma? Who made me reach late and then you are saying against Heli?"

"Because it was heli's fault that she forced you to come on date rather than supporting you to go and bag the project..."

"Dad please I went on date willingly...."

"Yeah I can see how much you like cheesy convos, dreamy dates, and moreover pink decorations hahahaha.... Whom you are kidding Mahir? I am your dad and I know my son is just like his mom...." , Andy says while chuckling....

"Okay but.... I can do anything for my love", Mahir adds blushingly....

"Yeah my lovesick puppy.... But do "anything" just for the right girl.... And now I may take leave.... Take care young man...." , Andy says leaving....

Dad sometimes actually make me question myself.... I love Heli.... Madly and seriously.... I have never looked at any other woman other than her.... She loves me too.... Then why dad keep on saying this all.... And god knows why I think of believing him sometimes when I exactly know how he made some bad decisions in his life....

Yes.... He once choosed someone else over my mom.... He was cheating on her.... I was just 5 years old then.... and mom took me with her to my maternal grandfather's house.... There we stayed for a month.... But one day suddenly we again shifted back to dad's place.... My mom dad.... All I knew then that their behaviour changed.... They were distant from each other.... I still remember the day when I had to paste a family picture of us in my scrap book as I was instructed to do so by my teacher.... While getting the photograph clicked they faked a smile and they were behaving like strangers.... Situations were tough to be understood by me at that stage.... Later my mom told me this all from a new perspective when I was 17....

She told me that when dad cheated, mom filed divorce and then we shifted to Pappy's house(my maternal grandfather's house) but then before divorce could happen my mom got to know that she is pregnant with yuvi.... That is my younger brother.... So for him mom and dad again come together.... Initially it was just a "you-are-just-a-dad-to-my-child' relationship which mom shared with him but later dad made her believe that he loves her still and the way he cheated.... It was his biggest mistake for which he is guilty forever.... Then as they say.... If they come back then they are yours.... Mom decided to give him a chance which was last.... And then he prooved that he deserved it.... And then things became better like before and then Yuvi too came in our life making us a happy family again.... And then after listening to the story all I believe is.... "Never cheat the one whom you love.... Because then they will leave you and you will be miserable because loosing your love is the biggest pain.... And also... If you did something by mistake.... Then apply all your efforts to correct it.... And also if you love someone then you can give a second chance to that person.... Because after getting a chance your relationship with them won't be perfect.... Still it will be "made for each other" one day very soon.... And love will make you win...."
