Chapter 4

Isha P.O.V

"Can I sit with you all?" He asked in a deep voice. I lifted my gaze and saw Azman looking at us with hopeful eyes.

"Of course ", Abiha cut me off. I glared at her angrily and she shrugged in return.

" Why are you here?" I asked him in a blank tone.

"You can't talk to such a handsome man like that", Abiha said with a wink making Azman smirk.

I glared at her dangerously while I see him sat down beside Adeel.

" So, what you all were talking about?" He starts the conversation.

"None of your concern", I said sipping on my lemonade.

I saw Adeel trying his best to suppress his laughter.

" You are the feisty one, aren't you?" Azman said with a smirk.

Same words.

No, it can't be. He is very different from him.

"Whatever I am is none of your concern", I said in a blank tone.

"I'm trying to maintain a good relationship with you and you aren't being cooperative", He said in a frustrated tone.

"Huh. Relationship? I am not here to make any relation. We are merely a colleague. Don't expect anything else ", I snapped angrily.

" Whatever. Every girl says the same thing and later falls for that person. You are not an exception ", He adds with a smirk.

" I am not that type of girl anymore", I said glaring at him.

"Anymore? What do you mean? Have you got heartbroken by someone very special to you? Or someone left you?" He asked with a chuckle.

I felt the wetness in my eyes but I didn't let my tears fall. I gulped down my tears as I was tightly clutching the edge of the table.

I lifted my gaze and I saw Adeel was looking at him with a murdering gaze while grabbing his collar. And Abiha was cursing him very badly. She was using very bad words for him. My poor ears.

For the first time, I am feeling proud of these two idiots in my life.

"You are the bastard. Eww, how can I find you handsome? You are the egoistic man and you are here to show your fake manliness. I swear if you ever come near her, I will beat the shit out of you", Abiha snapped angrily.

There was blood dripping from his jaw because Adeel had broken his jaw. I don't even feel pity for him.

" You all are gonna pay for this ", He said glaring at us dangerously.

" No, but you are surely gonna pay the bill", Abiha snapped and drag me out of the hotel.

Adeel was following us from behind.

"You are not alone. I will always be there with you no matter what ", she said tightly hugging me.

I hugged her back. She was always there with me. If she wouldn't have been with me, I couldn't have moved on from my past.

Life teaches you so many lessons. I learned that never look back at your past if you have to move on.

" Aww... You both are so adorable", Adeel said faking a sigh.

"To be honest, I am proud of you both. You both are so independent and mature. You know how to handle a situation. You both don't need me ", He said with a proud smile.

I hold both of their hands and stare into their eyes.

" I will need both of you in every step of my life. You both are my only family. I will be incomplete without both of you ", I said while controlling my tears.
