Everyone stared at Rose, waiting for an answer. "Um... Imy's lying...?" he tried to quickly explain. "Oh please. Golem's never lie." Bane said. Golem? Rose thought. "YEAH! I CAN'T BELIEVE HE'D THINK I'D LIE TO HIM! ESPECIALLY AFTER I BROUGHT HIM BACK TO LIFE AFTER HE DIED!". Rose knew Imy was talking too much, but he was surprised to hear this. Imy saved him? All he remembered was before he died, and then waking up.
"I can explain!" Rose quickly said, but was cut off by Imy once more. "HE MADE A DEAL WITH THE PLANT THING TO GET A LIFE CARD TO BRING SOMEONE NAMED 'MARS' BACK TO LIFE, BUT THE PLANT THING USED THE CARD ON ME!". Rose had covered it's mouth before it could finish, but everyone had heard enough. "I don't think we can trust him." Cosmo said. Everyone agreed. "Wait, wait! I can explain!" Rose squeaked, but it was too late. Everyone had locked him away in the ship.
Rose did something he never did before.
He cried.
He cried for everything that happened. Everything. However, there was a knock on the door. It was Imy. "Go away. I can't be trusted." Rose said. Imy moved an ear down and came in. "Why not?". Imy didn't scream for once. Rose didn't wanna talk though. There was 5 minutes of silence, until Rose asked Imy "Why aren't you screaming?". "Well," Imy started. "You aren't angry anymore now, are you?". Rose just turned over. Just then, Imy started tugging at his rose vine. Rose looked over. "What do you think you're doing?". Imy looked at him. "Trying to get you back on your feet".
