Chapter 9

" Mk so how the hell are we going to get McGonagall to let us go check her town?" 

" Easy we go up to her and ask so we don't have to keep doing this." Pansy said while they 

walked down the road of Hogsmeade with the gang. " You best be out of your damn mind she 

would explode and not to mention kill us all." 

" Ok well we could say we are all going to her place for christmas and then we could search 

then?"  Everyone was on board except for Luna who had explained she had plans to stay her 

and keep an eye out since she was their spy for McGonagall. " Ok let's get ourselves on that 

damned list and start packing we leave in two days." Pansy Blaise Draco and Harry all made 

their way back to the common room and went to pack. When Pansy parted from them the three 

boys were talking. " I really haven't seen her this concerned about someone her entire life she 

must really love Mione." Blaise said and the other two boys nodded. " You know all women 

would have to do to scare us men would be a clever girl and who is head over heels about 

someone." They laughed and finished up to meet everybody down in the great hall. " Ok so 

what do we tell McGonagall about our sudden urge to leave the castle?" Harry asked suddenly 

skeptical of this plan. " Shit didn't think about that. Erm... we'll tell her we all received an invitation to Draco's place if that's alright with him?" They all looked at Draco pleadingly. 

" I dunno why your begging I want to find Mione just as much as you guys do of course I'll cover 

for us." They all hugged Draco so tightly he thought he was gonna explode " o...k  g-g-guys.c-"

" Alright alright get off my man he can't breath." When Draco caught his breath they went to go 

get dinner but were stopped in the doorway by none other than McGonagall. " Good evening 

Headmistress." Draco said after everyone went quiet. " Good evening Mr.Malfoy. Now I would 

like to see all of you in my office immediately." They all followed her to the headmaster's office 

and took a seat when they got there. " Now I have called you all here because I know you are up 

to something and I've noticed that Ms.Granger has been ill a while now I would like to know 

exactly what is going on here." Everybody was looking at each other confusing each other even 

more. " Well Headmistress we think that Hermione has been taken by someone one night ron 

and hermione got into a fight and the next morning she was no longer in her dorm. And all the 

girls said that they remember her coming in very late and going to bed and everybody just let it 

be. So we have been meeting outside of classes to see what we can do to find her. And we 

thought that maybe if we went to search her town then we could get some ideas of were she 

might be and that's where we plan on going. Wait a second was there Veratiserium in my drink?"

" Yes Ms.Parkinson there was. Now if you had come to me you wouldn't have had to go through 

all this secrecy. But now that I know we can find her as soon as possible and I am still going to 

allow you to go and look at her home town it seems like a good Idea so why not." And they were 

dismissed. When they where out of earshot they practically raced to the Great hall for some 

food considering they all missed breakfast because they were up all night thinking of were 

Hermione could be. " Where is the treacle tart!" Harry said racing through the door and rushing 

over to his table. " God Harry these things are like your crack." Harry nodded. " Now could you 

pass me one i'm starving." Draco rolled his eyes. " You are so food driven Harry." 

" Oh you love me and you know it." They looked each other dead in the eye. " I must be under 

some kind of spell to love you this much." Draco said making Harry blush a light shade of pink.
