A Twisted Game

Chapter 10

" Ok do any of you know Hermione's house?" Ron asked and Pansy looked for a mailbox that 

said Granger on it and then smacked Ron upside the head. They rang the doorbell and waited. 

The door flung open to two lovely young people. " Hello we are friends of Hermione's may we 

come in please?" Pansy asked and everybody looked at her like she was a new person. " Oh yes 

please come in." Mrs.Granger moved to the side to invite them in. They thanked her as they 

walked by. " Would you guys like some tea?" She asked nicely and they all nodded. " Mk so how 

do we approach this? I'm pretty sure she would kick us out if we start off with your daughter has 

been taken by a former death eater." Harry whispered to them. And they all looked at Pansy. 

" Oh thank you Mrs.Granger." Pansy said when she came back from the kitchen with the tea.

 " No problem. So what do I owe the pleasure of meeting my daughters friends she talks about 

constantly?" She said a little too enthusiastically. " Erm we wanted to put the finishing touches 

on her present and we hoped we could get some ideas of where she grew up and where she is 

from would help us figure it out." Pansy asked well it more or less slipped off her tongue. " Of 

course I think it's a brilliant idea." And she walked over to a table across the room and came 

back with a large book. " Now we know your Hermione's mum." Ron said and everyone shot 

him a death stare. But Mrs.Granger just laughed and agreed. " Well these were all her favorite 

spots as a kid.Hopefully you'll get some ideas I'll go make some scones." And with that she left 

the room and they set off to work after two hours of looking Pansy said. " Ok if they looked into 

her past she could be two places. The ice cream parlor or the movie theater." And she took out 

the photos to show everybody. " So I think we should split up and look at these places. But that 

would mean that somebody would stay behind and occupied her." And she nodded in 

Mrs.Granger's direction. " I'll stay." Luna volunteered. " Ok thank you Luna you are a life saver." 

Pansy said and all the others guessed she wanted to be the first to find her. " Ok Mrs.Granger 

mind if we go get some ice for this tea? And also maybe a treat along the way?" Mrs.Granger 

popped her head out of the kitchen and nodded so they left and looked for something that 

looked like their photos. " Draco Harry and Blaise will be together and will take the ice cream 

parlor. I'll take Ginny and Ron with me to the theater." But Ron and Blaise insisted on being 

together so they switched the order to Draco, Harry, Ginny to the ice cream parlor and Pansy, 

Ron, and Blaise to the movie theater. " Ok if we don't see or hear from each other in an hour and 

thirty minutes send up sparks with your wands and well come over to you." Pansy said to try 

and make everyone at least feel safer knowing that their friends have their backs if something 

does happen. With that they set off to find their intended destinations. " Look I think I found it."
