19. YOU SURE?

The next day

Alvaro's POV
Me, Kai, Mattia & Ale are going thrift shopping. Me and Kai are the most excited, but only because we kind of have the same style, and it requires mostly thrifted sweaters and skirts/pants. Mattia and Ale wear joggers/sweats and regular hoodies, yk the usual guy style. Me and Kai offered for it to only be us but the two refused, Mattia and Kai have been acting different. The way they look at each other and the way Mattia always has to be by Kai but still slightly in front. How Kai gets all giggly and red faced if him and Mattia made even the slightest contact, and when Mattia would whisper something in his ear. They're cute I hope the author lets them finally date soon. (I- we'll see- leave me alone.)

After shopping
We all were taking a shortcut back to the university, it was a good 15-20 minute walk and it was about 7:30. We could've drove but we all thought we would wanna stop somewhere that we would've missed. Which we did, there was this adorable ice cream place called Charlie's Ice Cream. It had a nice retro vibe with the juke boxes and everything, okay maybe me and Kai had a photo shoot. Anyways, as we were walking down this sidewalk two guys that were standing beside a building walked up behind me and Kai. We didn't turn about yet because they could've just been going somewhere?

Ale's POV
I heard what sounded like new footsteps and I guess Mattia heard it too because he turned around, I start wondering how he heard it but then see his eyes turn slightly ruby red. My question was answered immediately, he's a demon. I'm not scared or anything, I'm one too but I've just never thought of him being one. As we turn around we see two guys poking and grabbing on Alv and Kai. I growl and hear the same sound come from Mattia as we both grip their waist and move them behind us with one movement, immediately we're in front of them looking at them calmly yet fuming with anger. We both still have a way of touching them while everything starts, I wanna make sure Alv's safe and still behind me so I just lock his pinky with mine. Mattia has his hand reached around slightly resting on Kai's waist.
"Who the hell are you?" Mattia snarls and it's something stronger, he's not some normal demon. HOLY SHIT!! HES LUCIFERS SON!! I immediately snap back into reality though because Alvaro had become one of my top priorities, I can't and won't let anything happen to him as long as I'm around.
"Why does it matter to you keep moving you two." The one guy that looks like a 17 year old surfer says with a small chuckle.
"You sure?" Mattia responds towering over the boy looking down with now beaming red eyes and fangs, his demon face breaking through slightly.
"No you two need to keep moving, or I'm not gonna be sorry for what happens next." I let out calmly staring the Fucker down, I really wanted to hurt him I knew alv was scared and that pissed me off. His friend got brave and got in my face, he reeked of disappointment so I smirked. I soon used my ability and grabbed him by his neck watching his eyes go wide in fear.
"What? Huh? You got nothing to say now?" I ask as I hear Mattia laugh.
"Bet." He says and looks at the guys friend with pure rage, he loves Kai. I hear the guys friend gasping and lol over to see him floating so I do the same to his friend, me and Mattia look at each other. With one nod to each other we send both guys flying into a building, we turn to the boys and intertwine our hands walking away. Both boys are blushing and looking at each other knowingly.
"What?" I ask curiously and Mattia looks lost.
"They're looking at each other like they know something." I shrug.
"Well I mean that was hotttt!" Kairi squeals covering his face with both hands.
"Awe Kai why'd you tell em?" Alv says blushing looking down hitting kais arm. Me and Mattia are looking at each other chuckling.
"Glad to know I'm hot angel." Mattia says tilting kais chin up, I can sense his adoration for him and it's kind of interesting. His soft spot for the boy and then the anger, hatred, and agony he has for the world and home. I know because I feel the same way, me and Alvaro have been hanging out constantly and every time I see him my heart freezes, I get flustered, I wouldn't do anything to hurt him and I would listen to him anytime. He's such a sweet guy and just adorable, his big doey eyes, his baby face, his pouty lips and his floppy hair and the way it flops perfectly over his eyes. I just can't get him out of my head.
"You think I'm hot?" I say raising an eyebrow.
"I mean look at you it's obvious!" He says making gestures towards my body and face. ( I hope you know what I mean)
"Haha, have you looked in a mirror?" I say and continue walking and talking with the guys

~time skip~

Ale's POV still
Me and the boys got back to the dorm, we had a lot of fun on our walk actually. Well after the two idiots I mean, we got to Kai and Mattia's room first and watched Kai go in because he wanted to shower. Before I got the chance to walk Mattia grabbed my shoulder , looks me in my eye and sends a message.
Demon huh?
Lucifers son huh?
He held his hand up with a smirk and I noticed a very very familiar mark on his wrist. I looked at mine and then back up to him, I got this with my child hood best friend. We did absolutely everything together, he was my brother. We always protected each other, like a two men wolf pack. I had one half he had the other, I lined it up and then looked up at him. I heard him gasp and saw him look up at me. Once we made eye contact some type of timeline ran through my mind and I saw everything me and Mattia did together, every single memory we ever had.
"No." I say letting out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

Horrible cliffhanger I know, but I wanna move the story along and make shit happen yk? A lot goes down so I gotta move fast, just stay tuned but I love you and THANK YOU FOR 3k THATS UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I would've never guessed my book would do that good.
