-violence warning-

The next day came around rather quickly. Jungkook realized that it would be quite difficult to communicate with Jimin's friends since he was mute. He wondered if they would end up leaving him behind.

Jungkook was moving through the halls of his school when someone bumped into him and almost knocked his things out of his hands. He looked up to see the student continue running in the same direction as if nothing had happened.

'Asshole,'  Jungkook thought.

The boy continued walking to his last class of the day and took a seat at the back. He put his head down and waited for the teacher to come in and start teaching.

When the lesson started he took notes as well as watched the clock tick on the wall. He was ready to go home, ready to get in bed, ready to change clothes. He was just ready to get out of this building.

When the lesson ended the teacher dismissed himself and let the students talk amongst themselves. Jungkook took that as an opportunity to get ready to leave. He organized his notes and stuffed them in his bag.

After waiting, the bell sounded and the students filed out of all the classrooms. Jungkook walked out of the door and headed towards his locker when he got yanked back and slammed into the wall. Well, shit.

"You thought you were gonna escape from me, huh?" Daeshim rasped.

Jungkook shook his head trying to get Daeshim's grasp off of him. "P-Ple-Please, Dae-Daeshim. St-Stop." Jungkook tried. His stuttering getting noticeably worse since he was scared.

"Awe look at this bitch, begging for me to stop." Daeshim laughed and threw the mute boy to the ground kicking him in the stomach. Jungkook gasped before trying to breathe in which resulted in him coughing excessively. He knew trying to fight back was pointless, Daeshim was way stronger than he was and nobody was going to stop him.

Jungkook only begged that the bully wouldn't take his hearing aids this time. He didn't care that he was getting beat up, he just didn't want his mom to ask questions and have to pay out of pocket for more.

"Bitch. Beg some more." Daeshim grasped Jungkook's hair at the top of his head, pulling the mute boy towards him. Jungkook turned his head to the side to avoid his stare and closed his eyes.

Daeshim threw a punch into the side of his face and let him go at the impact of his fist. Jungkook fell to the ground once again begging his chest to let him breathe in. The boy curled into himself on the ground and tried to avoid Daeshim's kicks; however, he kicked the boy one last time in the back that almost knocked him unconscious.

When Daeshim walked away with his buddies, Jungkook sat up against the wall and curled his knees into his chest wrapping his arms around them. He cried. He didn't care who saw him at this point, he was tired of Daeshim constantly putting him in pain for doing absolutely nothing but living.

Jungkook eventually stopped crying and realized no one was coming to comfort him or to help him home; he was on his own, as always. He slowly pushed himself off the ground and pulled his bag with him. Walking down the hallway wasn't very easy for the mute boy since he could hardly breathe and walking requires heavy breathing.

After making it to the bus stop, he noticed he was more than halfway home. He was almost there, almost there. Jungkook couldn't deal with this pain right now. He wanted to lie down, fall asleep, and never wake up. That's all he wanted.

Jungkook slowly walked to his front steps and noticed a boy in their neighbor's front yard. He didn't know they had a son. He tore his eyes away from the guy playing basketball and walked into his house.

He immediately went to the cabinet in his bathroom and took some pain pills to hopefully ease up some of his pain and help his sleep. This is getting tiring. The boy thought to himself as he changed out of his uniform.

When Jungkook walked into his bathroom he noticed the bruise forming at the corner of his left eye. Mom is definitely going to notice this.

He thought of an idea on how to cover it but the only way was with makeup, and he didn't have any. He could walk to the store but that was out of the way and not something he wanted to do.

He would ask Jimin but he doesn't have his contact info nor does he want the boy to know he got beat. I'm screwed...

The situation only got worse when he heard the front door open and close. He ran to lay on his bed and made it seem as if he was asleep for when his mom came to check on him.

The floor creaked under his mom's footsteps and she slowly opened Jungkook's door before noticing the boy 'asleep.'

"Jungkook? Are you awake sweetie?" His mom asked. He was pretty sure she would leave after not getting a response but not long after she mumbled something while shutting the door.

"I'm worried about you, Jungkook. Something's going on and you aren't telling me."

Jungkook felt bad none the less. He wanted to tell his mom everything but he couldn't bring himself to do it. He eventually fell asleep and slept through the night.

He woke up the next morning with the side of his face, back, and chest hurting. He figured he would but it was a different pain each time Daeshim beat him. Jungkook slowly moved to do his normal morning things, including changing into his uniform and went to the kitchen to grab some pain meds.

He mentally sighed when he saw that his mom wasn't home and soon left for school.

People are going to stare more than they already do...
