it was the next day, just before the first lesson, as jisung and seungmin made their way to history class. jeongin had gone to art and felix had drama. honestly, the blond was just grateful he didn't have to deal with minho alone, having to sit next to him in that lesson. the two arrived at the classroom just on time, taking their seats and pulling out their textbook. unluckily, seungmin sat near the front of the class while jisung sat at the back.

however the lesson went past quickly and smoothly, no interaction between jisung and minho, but that was mostly because the elder was asleep for the whole. damn. thing. he was woken up by the sound of the bell blaring through the building, quickly swinging his bag over his shoulder and making his way out of the classroom with hyunjin behind him.

"hyung, did you pay attention at all in that lesson?" the younger questioned as they walked alongside each other towards their lockers.

"i was too busy sleeping to be honest." the two chuckled and hyunjin opened his locker as minho leaned against the next locker, facing him.

"you'd probably like to know we have a test on monday." minho groaned and turned so his back was facing the locker, throwing his head back in annoyance.

"can i use your notes then?"

"well, there's someone else who's smarter than both of us who i think would be willing to give you his notes instead." the elder raised an eyebrow and glanced back at hyunjin.

"who?"

"you live with him." hyunjin said simply, a playful smirk threatening to pull at his lips. minho groaned again, he wasn't going to listen to the younger teasing him today.

"hyunjin, you know i fucking hate him, i'm not asking to borrow his fucking notes." hyunjin closed his locker, sighing, and turned to face minho.

"i know you hate jisung. chan hyung, changbin hyung and i all know you do, but we don't know why. he hasn't actually done anything wrong to you, he's always been adorably nice. that one time he bumped into you, he kept apologising over and over again; after you left he told us to tell you that he wanted to apologise to you yet again. i get your a cold ass guy, but i don't think it's very fair on him, if i'm honest." minho glared at the younger, annoyance rising at the thought of why he was like this to jisung.

"if you want to know why, it's because of her, okay? it's her fucking fault. don't bring this up again."

with that, he pushed himself up from the lockers, and went to meet with his other two friends, hyunjin sighing and following behind him.

⌜hours later⌟

jisung stepped through the front door of the dorm after getting back from the school library, taking off his shoes and placing them to the side. he and seungmin had decided to study more in the library to prepare for their history exam on monday, meaning he got back a quite a few hours later than usual, around 8:30pm. the blond assumed minho was home considering his school bag was dumped next to his shoes, but the dorm was dead silent. looking up, he couldn't spot the elder anywhere but not long after, he could hear the bedroom door open and close and out came minho, who walked towards the living room and, completely ignored the other's existence.

jisung thought the elder looked a bit stressed about something, but he knew better than to ask him about it. still, maybe he could do something like.. cook? he could try to put minho in a better mood if he cooked something for both of them. there was no harm in trying.
