In the morning I got up and heard people talking. "She isn't here Hermione" Harry spoke. "Well where is she? George is freaking out. She just got up and left, not saying why or where. Nobody just does that, she enjoyed it there, you could tell!" Hermione spoke. I couldn't let them lie for me so I came down the stairs to face the truth. "I'm here" I spoke. Hermione looked up horrific at the bruises on my face. "Merlin I didn't think Angelina hit you that hard no wonder you wanted to leave" she sighed grabbing my hand and pulling me down. "I just can't handle her I'm sorry" I smiled looking at Ginny and Harry, they knew I was lying. "Yes but that's no reason to just get up and leave" she stated sitting on the couch. "I know" I whispered. "Look Hermione she's here and safe, can we please just leave it at that" Ginny spoke smiling at me. "I suppose but what do we tell George?" She asked. "Tell him I was here" I smiled. She didn't understand that I wouldn't be here by the time she left. "Okay I got to go to work, I'll get him to come over later yeah?" She asked I nodded yes to her response. "I hope you're okay Tina, and once this little drama is over me you and Ginny can go for a lunch date" she smiled and I beamed back. Lunch date? With friends? Do these people actually care for me. "That sounds perfect" I smiled and with that she left. "Thanks Ginny, is there anything I can do for you? You've been so nice" I grabbed her hand, which was out of my comfort zone. "No honestly, I'm just glad you're safe" she smiled

'I really want to meet her creatures' Ginny thought

"You know I'm about to feed my creatures, do you want to come and meet them?" I asked he she smiled widely "really?" She asked "really" I replied. I set down the case and opened it, I got in and walked down the stairs and let her follow. Her reaction was more or less the same as Harry's, she was in awe. I couldn't help but smile. Who knew how happy these creatures could make people. "This is Tommy" I introduced him as he jumped onto Ginny's shoulder bowing, she giggled. "Hey Tommy" she spoke. "She's taken" I told Tommy he sighed and jumped back onto my shoulder and she laughed.

We fed all the creatures together, and I really felt me and Ginny were going to be friends. "I think I've found a new baby sitter" I joked. "Honestly I would do this anytime" she smiled looking about. "Come on I better head"
We climbed out the case, and I closed it, locking it up. "Well I better go" I smiled. She sighed. "Yeah, and by the way" I turned around. "Thanks for placing a flower on Fred's grave, you didn't have to do that" she spoke. "How did you know that I-"
"It was the same flower on Newts" she answered before I could finish. I smiled looking down. "No problem" and then I left. I wasn't sure where the hell I was going. But I had to get away.

I started walking when a familiar face started to come into shape. "Tina?" They asked. "Draco" I sighed stopping in front of him. "Wow you've changed" he said, I frowned. "Thanks" I said sarcastically. I tried to get away from him but he grabbed my hand. "Come on Tina the war was years ago, you won, don't let it eat at you're future" he spoke. "Draco I could've stopped the deaths, I could've stopped people from dying, it doesn't just effect the death, it effects the people around them!" I shouted. "I'm sorry" he sighed. "You made it clear you weren't sorry when you gave me to him" I snapped walking away. I couldn't stop crying, he was so nice to me. He was one of my only friends.

**FLASHBACK**

October 2nd 1996

"Blaise leave her alone" Draco pushed Blaise away from me and put his hand out. I took it and stood up. "Let's get you cleaned up" he smiled. He took my hand to the toilets and done a spell to clear up the blood. "I'm Draco, Draco Malfoy" he stuck out his hand. "Tina, Tina Scamander" I took his hand and shook it.

December 1st 1996

"Draco" I shouted pushing him, we were eating our lunch by the lake together so nobody could see us. "I'm sorry" he laughed. One of my only friends, he was the perfect friend. Apart from the fact we couldn't be friends in front of people. I frowned and he noticed. "Hey" he hugged me. "We can be friends properly soon I promise" I hugged him back.

December 25th 1996

"You didn't have to stay at the school, just because I was" I laughed sitting at the empty table across from him. "Happy Christmas Tina" he handed me a present. My first present from a friend. "Draco you didn't have to do this" I said looking at the perfectly black wrapped present. "I saw the books you got me Tina, I wanted to get you something. Open it" he pushed it towards me and I opened it to see a silver necklace with a Bowtruckle charm attached. "Draco, it's beautiful" I said almost crying. "Here let me put it on you" he smiled, I lifted my hair back as he clipped it in. "It looks even more beautiful on you" he smiled.

**Flashback over**

I looked down to see the necklace still sitting perfectly around my neck. I kept it, after everything I kept the necklace because I couldn't comprehend that my only friend ever didn't actually like me, he was just using me. I looked up to see I was in Diagon Alley, how was I going to go around here un-noticed. I started to walk when I saw a familiar red head, heading towards me, I quickly turned around and tried to walk away.
