Chapter 21: Finding out why Shad wanted to kill me and a clue to weaken him

I'm on a ship right now after I found out Hunter is alive, I must've aimed for the wrong ship, Alina and I got him out of the cell he's in because I used The Force to control the O'Khasis guards and made them tell us where Hunter is and his belongings so I got his belongings and I'm using this ship also as a way to make sure Kylo Den avoids going to Phoenix Drop so I saw Kylo's ship and she boarded the ship and it's just me on it, I won't have anyone else in danger so I started walking in circles with Kylo as O'khasis guards were on the ship then I stopped walking and faced Kylo "Why did Shad the Destroyer come for me and my sister? Why would he want to kill defenceless children?" I asked her "Tell me, please" I pleaded "I need to know" I told her "Because he saw what you both would become" she started "You don't just have power" she started "You and your sister have his power, you're his great-great-great-grandson and granddaughter, his relic duplicated itself and merged with you the second you were born" she told me "You.. are the wielders of Shad's relic" she told me and I stared shocked at what just came out of her mouth... I have Shad's relic inside me? It duplicated itself and merged with me AND Alina?... I then started backing up from taking all this in "My father was the older brother of my Uncle Zane, your father was the descendant of Shad the Destroyer" she told me about who my father is and that he's blood related to Shad... I'm his descendant... I have all of Shad's power... "What Shad doesn't know, is that you and I, we are a Dyad in The Force, Adrian, two that are one, we have the power to create life itself" she told me as I backed up to the edge of the deck... my heart stopped... the legendary Dyad?! Her words rang only with truth... deep in my very soul. They practically shattered me of everything.... I can't get out of here alone... it's too far for me to jump even with aid from The Force... but maybe I should try anyway? I looked behind me and saw we're incredibly far into the sea "We'll kill him, together" she told me "Then take The Throne and become the new Shadow Lords" she told me, then I turned back to Kylo and saw her take her hood and mask off "You know what you have to do" she told me then she offered her gloved hand for me to take... I remembered our combined power defeated Shad in our timeline long enough for me to meet my father for the first time and we defeated all those Shadow Knights together... it's true that together, we can do incredible things... but suddenly I felt a weight at my back and along with it, Alina and Hunter, their presence is a bright beacon of light that pierces through the dark. I stared at it then I looked at her confidently "You're right, I do know what I need to do" I told her "NOW SIS!" I screamed then Alina used her magicks to conjure fire and light the explosives we planted on the ship then I sprinted behind me and dived "UGH!" I grunted as Alina grabbed my arm and pulled me in the boat before I landed in the water "LET'S GET OUT OF HERE!" I yelled as we were really far from Phoenix Drop and I REALLY hope it's far enough for them not to see us and Alina started using her magicks to make the sailboat go really fast so I looked behind us and saw O'khasis guards started shooting crossbow bolts at us so I ignited my Lightsaber and started doing figure eights blocking them then I pulled out my crossbow and aimed "HAH!" I grunted pulling the trigger and shot the bolt and shot a guy in the eye and I gave Alina, Hunter and I some cover while we escape then we got back to the docks of Phoenix Drop "ZOEY CONJURE YOUR STRONGEST BARRIER AROUND PHOENIX DROP AND HURRY!!" I yelled at her as I got off the ruined boat then Alina helped Zoey with putting up a barrier around the entire village then we all went through the portal to the island Mom and the others found and it's not marked on any other map than the one in Phoenix Drop so we had to evacuate Phoenix Drop to the island Mom and the others found because we knew the barrier wouldn't hold so I got my stuff and went through the portal and I'll check every day until it's clear for us to go back then I pulled the dagger I found earlier out of my knapsack and I told everyone that there's words written on the blade so I went to the ruins on the island with Alina and Hunter "Hey Adrian?" Alina called to me "Yeah?" I asked turning to my sister "I never told you something but I think now is the time to tell you" she told me but then I heard something cracking... "AHH!!" I screamed as I fell under the old stone floor and down a hole "ADRIAN!" Alina screamed as I landed VERY painfully on my back so Alina and Hunter jumped down then Alina helped me sit up "Are you okay?" Alina asked "Yeah" I replied then got back up then we looked around and we're in some kind of tunnel system "Where are we? How do we get out of here?" Hunter asked so I detached my Lightsaber then walked into the darkness a little "Well, there's only one way to find out" I told him then ignited my Lightsaber

And squinted as I held my saber like a torch so I looked behind us then started walking as Hunter pulled out a torch and we started walking around the place in the dark with my Lightsaber as my source of light as Hunter held a torch and Alina was behind me "So what was it you were going to say?" I asked Alina "Hm?" Alina asked "Before the stone collapsed beneath me, you said 'I never told you something but now I think now is the time I tell you', so what was it?" I asked stopping to turn to her "I'll tell you later, I promise" she told me "You mean when Hunter's not here?" Hunter asked and Alina nodded "Oh so now we're keeping secrets?" Hunter asked as he continued walking "I'll tell you too once you tell us how you know how to do all that shifty stuff you do Hunt!" Alina told him (We call him Hunt for short because it's a nickname we gave him and he only lets us use that because we're his best friends and teammates, we're a team) as we followed him then I saw something out of the wall "Hey! Guys! Come look at this!" I told them then they came and it was camping supplies from a horse saddle "Someone was down here like us" Alina told us then I looked through the stuff and saw... future Zane was here... "Zane was here?" Alina asked shocked that the Zane from our timeline was here "So he must've been looking for a way out like us" Hunter assumed as I continued to look around "So how did he get out?" Alina asked "He didn't" I answered as I found Zane under a rock that collapsed on him as I saw his body which means he died not too long ago "He must've been here before us more than 3 hours ago" Hunter guessed then I saw something Zane's body was holding so I took it and saw it was some kind of scroll so I took it then opened it and saw it had some weird writing in it and I can't read it, I then put it in my knapsack so I can take it to Emmalyn to try to decipher it so I told Alina and Hunter about the scroll I found "We should take this back, it could give us some useful information" I told them but then they just looked terrified then readied their weapons "What? What's wrong?" I asked then turned around AND A GIANT SNAKE WAS HERE!? I then raised my Lightsaber ready to strike it but... I felt a disturbance in The Force so I looked down at its long body and saw... it has four slashes on it? I then looked up at the snake's face and I could feel its pain and fear, I then held my Lightsaber to Alina "Alina, take this" I told her so she took it then I slowly walked up to the giant snake "Shh... it's okay.." I whispered in attempt to calm it down then I slowly walked above its body and it stared me down "Shh" I shushed gently then I very slowly and very gently set my hand onto the slashes it has and was bleeding a lot, it then groaned in pain "Shh.. it's okay, it's going to be okay, I'm not going to hurt you, I'm going to help you" I told it then I closed my eyes and started using my power on it and transferred some life into it so I can heal it then after a few seconds, I opened my eyes and looked to where the slashes were and saw they were all gone, I then turned to the snake and it seemed like it was calming down from the pain "Does that feel better?" I asked it and it looked me in the eyes and I just felt like it was thanking me "We need help getting out of this place, can you help us? Please?" I asked the snake then it wrapped itself around me then it blew a hole in the wall AND IT MADE US AN EXIT! I then started rubbing my wrist from how much it hurts from how much of my life I transferred into it, Hunter then came to me "Are you okay?" Hunter asked as I was rubbing my wrist "I just transferred a bit of life into it, Force energy from me into it to heal it, it was injured so I wanted to help it" I told him then started shaking my wrist "But you gave it some of what's keeping you alive!" Hunter exclaimed "You would've done the same if you had power like me" I told him as I saw Alina examining the hole in the wall and it's safe enough for us to crawl out through so we took turns after Alina gave me my Lightsaber back then we left and went back to the village by the beach so we can see if anyone can translate the words in this scroll.
