Bullied by Chandler Riggs

Chapter 6

*MANDY'S POV*
I went to my room and quickly locked my door. "Open the door, Mandy!!!" my mom yelled, pounding on my door. She found out that I cut and now, she's gonna give me bruises.

"Mom, I'm sorry." I said. "It's too late for sorry!" she yelled. "OPEN THE DOOR!!!" she shouted. "Mom, I will stop cutting." i said. "Mandy, if you don't open this door, i will kill you." she said. I opened the door and she slapped me. "Don't ever cut!!!" she shouted. She slapped me again. "Am i clear?" she asked rudely. I nodded.

She left my room. The phone rang and I rushed down to answer it. "Hello?" i answered. "Mandy?" someone asked. I was frightened. Who is this and how does he know me? "Who is this?" i asked.

"It's Chandler." he said. "How did you get my house number?" i asked. "Jason told me." he replied. "Well, why did you call?" i asked nicely. "I called because I wanted to know if you choose me." he said.

I sighed. "Chandler, I don't know who yet. Give me some time." i said. "Okay, bye." "Bye." i hung up. Suddenly, i felt pain on my stomach. My mom punched me. "Who were you calling?" she asked rudely. "Chandler..." i said quietly. "I don't know who Chandler is. I know nothing about him so don't fucking call him." she said. She slapped me. "If the phone rings and it's Chandler, i will kill you." she threatened. I nodded. She left.

THE NEXT DAY

I woke up and quickly changed my clothes. (Outfit photo is above) I curled my hair and quicky ate a granola bar. I brushed my teeth and walked to school. "Mandy!" someone called. I turned around and saw Chandler running towards me. "Hi, Chandler." i said. "Hey, Mandy. The bell is about to ring. Is it ok if I walk you to class?" he asked. I nodded. He wrapped his arms around my waist and we walked to class. The bell rang when we arrived. "I'll see you later." he said and winked.

"Bye." i said. He hugged me and I hugged back. I think I have feelings for Chandler but should I trust him?

After school, Jason and I walked to Starbucks. "I'll have the chocolate chip frappuccino." i said kindly. "I'll have the vanilla bean frappuccino." Jason ordered. We got our orders. "So how's Chandler?" he asked. "He's fun, I guess." i responded. I took a sip of my chocolate chip frappuccino.

"So do you pick him?" he asked. I shrugged. "I'm not sure yet." i replied. "How about a date?" he asked. I looked at him. "When?" i asked. "Tonight at 8. Wear something fancy." he said. I smiled and nodded. I finished my frappuccino and threw it in the trash. Jason did the same. "I'll walk you home." he said. I nodded.

15 minutes later, we arrived at my house. "Nice house." he said. "Thanks." I replied. "I'll see you tonight." he said. I nodded. I entered my house and went up to my room. I changed my clothes into a strapless yellow dress. I put on yellow high heels. I went in the bathroom and curled my hair. I added hairspray to my hair. I put on eyeliner and eyeshadow. I put on a small amount of pink blush. I put on lipgloss and I looked at myself in the mirror. I look good.

I went downstairs and waited for Jason. Someone knocked on the door. When I opened the door, I saw Jason holding a boquet of flowers. I smiled and gladly took it.

I placed it on the shelf. "Shall we go?" he asked. "We shall." i said as we linked arms. Suddenly, i felt a strong pain on my cheek. My mom slapped me...hard.

"Where do you think you're going?" she asked. "On a date with Jason." i replied. "Don't worry, Mrs. Hills, your daughter is safe with me." Jason said to my mom. "Shut up, Jason." my mom said to him. "Mandy, you are NOT going on a date with Jason." my mom said. Maybe she's right. I shouldn't be going on a date with Jason. He broke my heart. Maybe Chandler is the one for me. "Mom, you're right." i said. Jason was shocked. "I'm sorry Jason. You can leave." i said nicely. "But Mandy, this is supposed to be our date." Jason said. "I'm sorry, Jason. Just leave, please." i replied.

He walked out. "Don't talk to me, Mandy." my mom said. I nodded. I went to my room. Should I choose Jason? Or Chandler?
