Bullied by Chandler Riggs

Chapter 1

*MANDY'S POV*
I woke up by the sound of my alarm clock. I groaned and got out of bed. I slowly walked downstairs and prepped my cereal. This is my first day of going to a new school. After I'm done eating, I went to my room and quickly put on a Pink Rainbow Shirt, skinny jeans, and blue converse.

I then brushed my teeth and fixed my hair. "Mom, I'll be leaving!" I yelled from downstairs. "Ok, Hun!" she yelled back. I grabbed my bag and waited for the bus. As I entered the bus, they were all staring at me. I sat down on the way back of the bus. Just then, a girl with blond hair and green eyes sat next to me. She looked nerdy because she's wearing glasses.

"Hello." she said. "Hi.." I awkwardly say. "Are you new?" she asked. I nodded. "Awesome, you're gonna love the school. Just avoid Chandler Riggs." she said. "Who's Chandler Riggs?" I quietly asked. "He's the leader of the school and mostly a bully. Just don't go near him, ok?" she said. I nodded. "I'm Hannah." she said, taking her hand out to shake. "I'm Mandy." I shook it.

We finally arrived at school. "We're here." Hannah says. We both walked inside. "We should go to the main office since you're new." Hannah said. We walked to the main office.

"Hi, this is Mandy. She's new here." Hannah said. "Ok, Hannah, I'm pretty sure Mandy has a voice to speak." the lady in her mid 20's said. She got up and handed me some papers. "Here is your schedule, the map, your locker combination, and an excuse note in case you're late to class." the lady said. I nodded. We walked out of the main office. "Who's your first period?" Hannah asked. "Mr. Nicholas and he's teaching Science." I answered.

The bell rang and everyone rushed to their classroom. "I'll see you at lunch...probably." Hannah said and ran off. Great, now I'm all alone. I sighed and tried to find my classroom. Luckily, I found it. All eyes are staring at me. "Ok, this is Mandy Hills. She's a new student. Mandy, you can sit with Chandler." Mr. Nicholas said. I nodded and sat down next to a boy with shaggy hair and blue eyes. I caught him staring at me sometimes and I felt uncomfortable.

1 hour and 45 minutes later, the bell rang and it is lunchtime. I sat down on a table alone. Eyes are staring at me. "Do you guys have a staring problem or what?" I yelled. "You're sitting on his seat!" a voice yelled.

"I don't care!" I shouted. I looked down. "Excuse me, you're in my seat." a voice said in a mean voice. I looked up. It was Chandler. "Really? I don't see your name in this table so fuck off." I said. "What the fuck did you just say?" he slammed his food on the table. "I said I don't see your name on this table so fuck off!" I said a little louder.

Suddenly, he punched me on the face. So I decided to punch him a little harder on the jaw. "You bitch!" he yelled. His jaw was bleeding. Hannah came. "What is wrong with you, Mandy?" Hannah asked. She helped Chandler up. "Why are you helping him, Hannah? I thought you said he's a bully." I said. "I didn't say that!" Hannah shouted. "You did. We were sitting in the bus together." I said.

"We weren't sitting together. You're probably imagining things." Hannah said. "Tell the principal, Hannah." Chandler said. She nodded. "Looks like you will be in trouble." Chandler said. I sighed.

Then the principal came. "Mandy, Chandler, I need you 2 in my office." he said. We both walked to his office. "Mandy, you go first." the principal said. "I punched Chandler in the jaw. But it was self defense! He punched me just because I was sitting on his table." I said.

Chandler gave me a death glare. "Chandler, is this true?" the principal asked. He shook his head. "Sir, I tried talking to her and all of a sudden, she punched me in the jaw." he lied. "Chandler, go to the nurse's office. Mandy, you stay here." the principal said. I nodded. "We will have to contact your parents. You will be suspended for a week." he said. I was shocked. "A week? Please don't. My mom will kill me." I said. "Sorry, but we have to." he said. Hannah came in the office. "Hi, may I please speak to Mandy?" Hannah asked. The principal nodded. "What do you want, Hannah?" I asked rudely. "I just wanted to say that I'm sorry." she said. "Apology not accepted." I said. "Hannah, just tell me what's going on here."

She sighed. "Chandler thinks I'm his friend. He said if I am not his friend, he will bully me. I hope you understand." she said. "Mandy, your parents are coming." the principal said. "I'm dead." I said.

The bell rang. "I gotta get to class. Bye, Mandy." Hannah said and left. 20 minutes later, my parents came. "Hi, mom." I say. "Mrs. Hills, your daughter Mandy is suspended for a week for punching an innocent person." the principal said. "Innocent? He punched me!" I shouted. "Shut it, Mandy!" My mom yelled.

"Let's go." my mom said grabbing my wrist tightly. The ride home was silent. "You are grounded for a week, missy!" my mom said. I nodded and went up to my room.
