Getting the Bad Boy

"Hey so Alec I think we should talk about what happened." I said shyly as I was sitting facing him as he lay on my bed.

"Nothing to say." He said not moving his eyes from the television.

"But how did you get all the cuts and bruises." I said curiously.

"A fight, I get in fights all the time." He said.

I could tell he tried to be convincing but I wasn't fooled.

"Alec I love you so much and you should be able to trust me and tell me what happened." I said.

"It's a long story, and besides I'd rather hang out with my girl." He said grabbing me softly and pulled his arm around me.

"Why did you get this tattoo." I said lightly rubbing me finger across the long tattoo that was on the right side of his torso.

"I got it when my mom ditched." He said still paying attention to the television.

"What does it say?" I asked because it was in Chinese lettering with a larger tattoo around it.

"It says 'forever alone in a sea of people.'" He said quietly.

"Well you have me." I said kissing his cheek trying to make the conversation more fun.

"Of course kitten." He said back kissing on forehead.

He laid and watched TV as I sat at next to him and studied for finals. Then Alec started rubbing my upper thigh.

I think my leg was on fire.

Every time me and Alec kissed or he even touched me I felt like there were sparks flying all over the place.

"I can hear your heart beating from over here." Alec said with a smile on his face.

"Don't worry my heart is beating too." He said grabbing my my hand and holding it in his.

"Come here." He then said as I moved closer and I laid on his shoulder.

It only lasted about 15 minutes until Alec got a call.

*buzz buzz*

"What do you want?" Alec said into the phone.

"Yes you are!" He said angrily and hung up. Grabbed a cigarette out of his sweatpants pocket and went to the balcony to smoke it.

"Hey is everything alright?" I said slowly walking towards my balcony.

"I'm sorry I'm just-" He stopped and punched the balcony ledge so the white wood split in to pieces.

"Alec I-" I was so shocked it couldn't say anything.

"Alec come here fast!" I said as my mom black Chevy drove down the street.

"What?" He said confused.

"I'm sorry but my mom could have seen you from the balcony." I said and then kissed him on the cheek.

"Hey can we go somewhere together?" He said lovingly.

"What do you mean by somewhere?" I asked partly scared and partly confused.

"Let's run away together." He said grabbing my hands in his and looking me straight in the eye.

"Alec I-I'm just not sure I can." I said sympathetically.

I would kill to run away with him I loved him and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him but there were just so many things holding me back.

"Yeah-no-right that would be stupid." Alec said turning around so I couldn't see his eyes.

"Alec I want to so bad but I can't." I said putting my hand on his cheek so he was looking at me.
