"Chloe's POV"

I woke up as usual at 6:00 am and went to make tea. Something just felt different today. I felt like a different person. All I could think about was Alec.

Whatever.

"Hey honey I have to leave early love you." My mom said walking down the stairs and kissed my cheek. I just smiled.

I went upstairs took a shower and got ready. But instead I wanted to look different so I put on something more revealing. I wore tight skinny jeans, a tight tank-top, heel boots, and a sleeveless cardigan.

"Hey Jase can I get a ride to school." I said to my brother who was eating cereal.

"Ugh sure." He said looking at me but avoiding the whole conversation about my outfit.

"Oh but I have to give Matt a ride too."

Matt was Jason's best friend they've been friends forever.

We got in the car and Jason made me sit in the back and when Matt got in the car it looked like he didn't even recognize me. Although he had known me since I was in second grade he looked like he had never seen me before.

"H-hi Chl-Chloe." He said.

"Yo bro back off." Jason before I could say anything.

"Oooookkkaaaaayyy." He said. I just laughed.

We got to school and Matt got out of the car, but waited outside.

"Chloe just be careful." He said avoiding saying about Alec and my cloths but I could tell that's what he meant.

I got out of the car and Matt out his arm around my shoulder. I don't know why I've never been close to him before but I just went with it and put my arm around his hip. I looked around and saw Alec beaming right at Matt as if he was mad.

Okay he was mad.

Really mad.

It's his fault for running out on me and it's not like there is anything going on here anyways.

Alec's POV

"Who the hell is walking with Chloe." I asked my boys next to me.

"What does it matter to you." They laughed and turned around. I grabbed his shirt so his toes were off the ground.

"Be respectful asshole." I said and let him down.

"Damn." He said and fixed his shirt.

I know there was nothing going on between us but I felt tethered to her.

Whatever.

Chloe's POV

Alec turned away and started talking to his friends. Although he looked mad.

Whatever.

"What the hell Chloe." Jessica said as I walked in to the building.

Gee what's the big deal.

"What?" I said. But I already knew the answer.

"Chloe your outfit is highly inappropriate." She said angrily.

You should see her cloths.

"But what about you?"

"I have always worn cloths like this, Chloe this isn't you."

I knew this wasn't me but I had to make Alec know what he was missing.

"Oh my gosh this isn't because of Alec is it?"
