It's been a month since that incident. Jane and Jungkook have been busy with their work, especially Jungkook. Jane tried to avoid Jungkook as much as possible. Jungkook is really busy now until he always comes home late.
One day, Jungkook felt very bad like he had a bad fever. He really doesn't have energy to leave his bed.
At the same time, as Jane was get ready to her work, she asked halmoni about Jungkook
"Is Jungkook already left?"
"Hmm.. I don't think so. I guess he's still in the room."
"Oh really?
"Yeah.. btw Jane.
"Ne halmoni?"
"Can I get days off today?"
"Why?"
"I have an emergency."
"Oh. Okay.. take as much as you want halmoni."
"Really?"
"Yeah. It will be fine. I can handle it."
"Okay. Thank you."
"Uhm.."
"Do you want me to wake up Jungkook?"
"Uhm.. it's okay. You can go halmoni. I will get him."
"Okay. Thank you so much."
In front of Jungkook's bed
Jane knocked Jungkook's bedroom door
"Jungkook.."
No answer
"Jungkook.. are you going to the office today? Wake up. You'll be late later."
"Jungkook... hey.."
But suddenly she heard something fall off and make her worried.
"Jungkook! Open the door. What is happening? Are you okay?"
But still no answer. Then Jane rushed to find the key.
As she found the key, she immediately opened the door and found out Jungkook felt on the floor.
"Hey.."
"It's hurt.. my head."
"Okay.. okay.."
Jane pulled Jungkook and made him lay on his bed. She can feel Jungkook's hot body.
"You have a fever. Wait... I'll grab some meds for you."
As Jane wants to leave, he grabs her wrist.
"Stay.."
"Hey.. I will be okay. But you need some meds."
"Don't.."
"It will be quick. I promise."
The whole day, Have been staying up to take care of Jungkook. He keeps whining about his head being hurt so much. So, she will stay by his side to comfort him. As Jungkook was sleeping, she stroked and combed Jungkook's hair softly and said, you've been busy so that's why you fall sick. Don't push yourself. Take some rest okay? I'll be here."
Jungkook POV
I felt so comfortable when Jane was by my side. I felt her warmth and loved her touch. I don't know she was this soft. I want to keep her and treat her better.
As I awake, I stroke her hair while she's sleeping. But then, she woke up and said
"Uh? Hey.. you wake up? Appo?
I shaked my head.
"Do you hate me?"
"Why are you asking that?"
"Just answer me."
"No."
"Thank you."
