Love never lets you give up,
It never lets you give in.
It helps you to hold on till the very end.
It may make your heart throb and hurt
You may be chest high in dirt,
But giving in is not what needs to be done.
Stay with me, never leave- only if you have to, then run.
No matter where you are,
Near or very far.
I shall love you.
I shall always.
Now I do,
Nor shall I not.
Thou has my heart,
Together or apart.
Don't bother with giving it back.
There are pieces it lacks.
It's yours to keep,
To catch me, don't leap.
My worth is not something you need.
You need somebody you can read.
Not secretive and hidden,
From pain to be driven.
To worry you don't need.
An innocent mind,
An easy find.
For now, it may not be worth it.
But after a little bit,
You'll see where you belong.
You can finally sing your song.
Just go along for the ride,
I'll be right at your side.
To hold you hand in times of need.
Or my shoulder for you to cry upon.
I'll never leave,
I'll never be gone.
You'll never have to grieve.
As long as I'm here,
I'll hold you close- my dear.
