Chapter 22

*Ashton's POV*

"Lizzy, I planned to do something today with my mom because I wanna spend some more time with her." I say to my beautiful girlfriend when she walks downstairs with our beautiful son. She smiles and my face lit up, she makes me so happy and I won't regret if I buy an engagement ring today.

I kiss both Lizzy and Brandon and then leave the house. I drive to the little restaurant just out of town where I meet my mother. We both eat a sandwich and then go to the jewelry  store.

Entering the building, I see a lot of beautiful jewelry around me. I don't come very often in shops like this, so I was a little overwhelmed.

We walk to the counter and an employee comes right away to us.  "Hello can I help you?" he asks nicely.

"Eh yeah...  I wanna propose on my girlfriend so I need a ring for her" I answer nervous.

"Well, do you know what size she has so I can show you those rings?"

I show the ring from home and the employee nods "Come with me please"

Mom and I walk to the right counter and all the rings shine bright. After a while mom points at a silver ring full of little diamonds and 3 bigger ones in the middle. The ring had a cute shape with some kind of bows and it was just perfect.

I smile widely and say to the employee "Can I see that one from a little closer?" He nods, smiles and opens the counter. He picks the ring you mean and gives it to you. The ring looks even more beautiful from this distance. I give it back and say "Yeah this one is just perfect! I want this one!" The employee smiles and puts the ring in a small blue box.

That wills be $2499.00 please.  I nod,  tame my credit card and pay for it.

When we walk out of the store, my mom starts laughing "Your facial expressiom when you heard the price was so funny!" she says with a big grin. I laugh and say "Yeah well, I never thought it was that expensive but it doesn't matter because Lizzy is totally worth it!"

My mom smiles proud at me and we walk towards home. Back home we find Lizzy and Brandon sleeping on the couch. They are so cute!  I decide to take a picture of them and I tweet it with the caption "Two sleeping beauty's ❤"

A couple minutes later Lizzy woke up and she asked where we went.

"Oh, we went to a nice restaurant first and later we had a walk in the parc and ate some ice cream" my mom answers happily.

Lizzy smiles and walks to the kitchen to make something for Brandon.

I'm happy mom answered so quickly because I wasn't prepared to answer.

It's 7 pm now. Mom is back home and Lizzy and I are cuddled up on the couch. Brandon is asleep in his room and it's just a nice evening.

"You know, I am so happy that I met you and you gave me a chance, of all the beautiful fangirls that are on this planet, you choose me" Lizzy says all of sudden.

I chuckle and kiss her on the top of her head. "Yeah well, when I first saw you I felt something different. The way you looked at me melted my heart and at that moment I just knew you would be the one so I wrote my number with my sign. I love you so very very much and no fangirl or whatever girl on this planet could be as important for me as you are" I say without thinking.

Lizzy's eyes start to water and I hug her tighter. God, I love her so much and I can't wait to propose on her!

"I love you Ashton"

Hey!  Finally an update! I'm so sorry it took so long but I don't really know what I am going to do with this story. I have a huge writersblock and that just sucks b.alls!

So yayyy Ashton bought a ring (photo at the beginning)  do you like it?
