In my memory
I could see you waiting patiently
your eyes glinting in the dark
your laughter is a vivid dreamIn my mind
I meet you on a park
the cheeky stories I place a bookmark
just to keep track of what you tell meIn my regrets
I could feel your sighs
as I am but a phantom,
a parallel lineI'm sorry,
I'm sorry,
it was dull and quiet,
I could've made distractions
I could've seen you go on.*for an online friend who lost to covid
