I laughed as me and my boyfriend of 3 years raced each other to bunker 9. My boyfriend is the Leo Valdez. People don't thinks me and Leo should be together.

This is because I am Nicole daughter of Khione. While Leo is fire, i am ice and people think that, that would end up wrong, with someone heart broken.

As we reached bunker 9, Leo slowed down to a walk. I walked next to him and asked "Why did you stop running?"

He looked at me and answered "I want this moment to last. It's not always that we have some time alone. And since we're demigods, you never no how much time we have together. But, for the rest of the time we have together I want to spend it next to you, Nicole."

By now he was on his knee and I was a crying mess. "Nicole," he said "will you marry me?" I was crying so hard I just nodded my head as he slipped the ring on my finger.

He got up and kissed me. Then everything started to fade. I screamed as Leo slowly got out of my grasp. Then everything was black and I couldn't find Leo.

I woke up crying after having that nightmare. I was about to get up to find Leo but, then I remembered that he wasn't here.

That was one of the last few moments I had shared with Leo before he........... died. He left me sad and alone. "I love you, Leo" I muttered laying back down to sleep.

"I love you too, Nicole" you heard lightly.
