"What is going on here" I asked in a deep voice

She looked up at me her face was stain with tears her eyes were red and nose was puffy her lips were wobbling and she was controlling hard not to cry. I sigh and went towards her.

"I asked you what happened better say be like a good girl or you know what I am capable of doing" I said

She stood up and looked down and kept the photo in the desk.

I looked at the pic it was of his brother and my sister. How dare she mess with my things .

I grabbed her neck and pushed her to the wall she was trying come out of my hold.

"L...eabe me y..ooo are cho kim choking me" she stutter

I left her neck and she caught her breath and sat down. I bend down to her level held her chin and said

"I asked you to bring a file but I forgot that you are traitor just like your brother" I said

She looked at me angrily and said "don't drag my brother here"

"Why I will do what you can" I said

"I can't do anything but you can right? Pls send me to jail and end the matter I am done rotting here in this hell without doing anything wrong you know what atleast in jail I would get peace I will be able to stay away from you that would be better rather than dying here the only reason that I want to live is because of my daughter but I feel I did a mistake I should nt have bought her in this cruel world but it's okay I ll send her to an orphanage and I ll go to jail and you live happily ever after" she said

She never spoke so much ever in front of me and wait why the hell is my daughter going to an orphanage am I not here

"You are crossing your limits" I said angrily

"Yes I am I am done being scared of you I am done Hardik living with this fear do whatever the fuck you want I don't care your external pain won't hurt me because I am dead inside."
She said

"Khushi you know what I should be the one crying I am the victim not you have you forgotten what you and your bloody brother did with my innocent sister how you both killed her" he shouted

"I have not done anything and so did my brother your sister trapped my brother in her love and since then we don't have any idea where he is whether he is alive or dead we don't know he didn't contact us!" She said

"Bloody lier stop your fucking lies" I said and slapped her hard that she fell on the ground

"I am not lying" she said

"You were the one who came to your brother begged her to leave my sister slapped my sister and manipulate your brother to leave my sister on his wedding day fucking you were the problem of everything my sister committed sucide because of you" I shouted and left the room

"Pankhuri I trust you and your choice but I still think something is fishy and mom dad why are you in so hurry let us meet the guys and let him spent some time with us and maybe then we can have a wedding" Hardik said

"Hardik don't you know that after tomorrow Mangal hafta is starting we won't be able to have the wedding for 2 weeks and after that your father needs to leave for Japan and he ll come late we want wedding to happen as soon as possible we cannot delay it already people have started talking about it and due to the disapproval of groom a family a lot of negative energy is still here we can't delay the wedding at any cost" mom said
