You and Rohan had been friends for a while now. The only problem was, you wished you could be more than that. You walked up to his house, knocking on the door as you felt your knees shake in anticipation.

The door opened. "Oh, hello Y/N" he said in his usual monotone voice, a small hint of relief in his voice. "come in" you walked inside.

"were you expecting someone else?" you ask, smiling as he leads you to his room upstairs. You looked at his desk, it looked like he was in the middle of planning the new chapters of 'Pink Dark Boy'.

"Well, do you know Josuke Higashikata?" he asked. You had heard about him, he had quite the reputation of beating up people who would say anything bad about his hair.

"the guy with the Pompadour?" you ask. He nods in reply.

"well he's been coming over here lately" he replied. "with his friend after I messed with his buddy Koichi.. Sorry, I guess I've just been a bit on edge"

You felt a bit sorry for him, you didn't want to make him feel anymore stressed by telling him about your feelings. "no Rohan. I'm sorry for coming when your feeling so stressed" you messed with your thumbs.

He sat down on his bed, running a hand through his hair. "Don't worry about it" he said. "I enjoy spending time with you"

You blushed, looking away embarrassed. That's it. You were going to tell him. "R-Rohan, I.. I need to tell you something"

He stood up and leaned against his desk, looking into your E/C with his green ones. "what is it?" he asked.

You felt yourself shrink under his gaze as you tried to utter a word out. "I.. I.. - I uhh. Nevermind"

He stepped towards you and you felt yourself shrink more. "say it"

You tried to muster up as much courage as you could, balling your fists. "we've been friends for a while now" he nodded. "well, I was wondering if we could.. I don't know, maybe be more than that...."

You looked up at him, making eye contact. You could see his cheeks turn slightly red at what you said before clearing his throat. "so.. You like me?" he asked. You nodded your head vigorously. He grabbed your shoulders. "how long?" he asked.

"a while now" you replied. "But listen, I-" you started but were cut off.

"shut up and kiss me already"

Suddenly, you felt a pair of soft warm lips on yours. It caught you off guard as you felt your face heat up. You felt butterflies erupt in your stomach as he held you close. You had been waiting for this moment for what felt like forever.

He parted with you, his face softer than usual. "R-Rohan-"

"shut up. Or do I have to kiss you again?" he asked. You couldn't help but smile as he pulled you into a hug. "I love you too"

You wrapped your arms back around him, pulling him even closer. He pulled away slightly before you asked him a question.

"so..are we together now?" you asked. He nodded in reply. You buried your face in his neck to hide your bright red face. He patted your back and let you hug him. "thank you, Rohan. For not killing me"

He raised an eyebrow."You thought I would kill you?" he laughed.
