Chapter 2: The Meeting

I woke up and was scared of the stranger. He saw the scared look on my face. So, he said "hello, my name is Brad and I just moved in across the street. Do you know where the nearest store is?" The only thing I could say was "hi, my name is Ally. A grocery store is the first right then two lefts." Then he said "thanks."

He didn't look like someone I would hang out with. He had tattoos on his arms and neck, probably other places too. He had brown hair that fell a little bit over his ears. He wore his pants to low and didn't care.

Me on the other hand have blonde hair and glasses. My hair goes to my stomach. I auqa blue eyes. I wear shirts and pants that cover everything. I don't try to be seen at school. D thinks I'm crazy and that I should be hanging out with him and his friends at school. But, there the group of popular football players.

I have never been to one of D's games. I promised him I would go today and only today. So by the time I got to the school for the game I sat in the bleachers and Paige came and sat by me. I guess D must if said something to her to make her come near me.

The game started and we were winning 14-2. D had just scored another touch down. He looked at me and gave me his smile that always made me laugh. I started laughing and Paige seen he was looking at me. She pushed me down 13 rows of bleachers. Thank god the football coach was there to catch me.

I had to go the the hospital because I broke my leg, and had to get stitches above my left eye. D broke up with Paige that day and I felt bad knowing it was because of me. But, in my mind all I can say is I told you so. Tomorrow I would have to go back to school and catch up on my missing work.

                      School the next day

Paige tried to apologize to me but I ignored her. I had to lie to my mom about what happened because she probably wouldn't let me hang out with D anymore. That guy across the street named I think Brad came by later after school. He said "hey Ally how are you doing? I was wondering if you needed any help with notes since we have most classes together?" I said "I'm going good thanks. I actually could use some help won't notes since I missed a week!"

Brad ran home and brought back his notebooks. I totally misjudged him because he didn't look like someone that would listen in class more or less take a lot of notes. Brad sat on my blanket with me and I shared half of my sub from Subway with him. Brad was actually really really nice. I see him at school hanging out with D's group. D says he is a nice guy and that he will so ask him out for me. I told him never to do that ever.

                    The next day at school

I guess D didn't listen witch doesn't surprise me. He asked Brad if he wanted to go out with me. He said yes. I was so made at D because he couldn't let me live my own life. So the date was this Friday and he was going to pick me up at 7:30. Today was wednesday.

I called my other friend Tay to help me pick out an outfit because it was thursday. She said I didn't have anything that would fit his standards so we could have to go shopping. I agreed and we went that day after school. We picked out this blue tight little guess that made me feel uncomfortable. We also got some blue flats to match the dress so I wouldn't fall on my face.

Today was the day Brad was coming to get me in 20 minutes and I was getting nervous. He hadn't told me where we were going it was a surprise. It was 7:30 now and the door bell rang. I came down the stairs and opened the door and he said "you look amazing." I blushed a little and went to the car. He still wouldn't tell me where we where going. Then, suddenly we pulled down this road with loud music and a full on party going on.
