Clay: please? All of us are okay with it; me, George,nick and even will,Toby,tommy and Niki want you to come and live with us..so we can all be together..

Y/n: hey this is y/n l/n. I was wondering if I was moving to another house and there aren't any other owners of the house I'm currently living in, if I am able to get moneyy of some sort?
Agent: well if you have lived in that house for over 10 years then yes you are able to do so
Y/n: okay perfect! I've lived her for almost 20
Agent: can I get you details and some sort of confirmation that you have ownership of the house?
Y/n: of course *you give her all the information and confirmation*
Agent: alright so I will be able to give you around 80k because of how you and your family were the first owners of the house and have lived there ever since

Agent: yes! The money will be in your bank account over the next 24 hours

*you walk out of the house with a big smile while clay is patiently waiting for you*
