Erich's pov
"All rise!" The judge said, and we did just that.
Fortunately enough, Claudia cancelled the abortion, and we've decided on having our child.
We had two names picked out. For a girl, it's Luna, and for a boy, it's Damon.
I couldn't stop thinking about Claudia and our baby.
SHE was carrying my child. I know that what happened to Cindy was bad, but I never loved Cindy.
I love Claudia.
"MR.BLUNT." The judge screamed, and I picked my head up.
"Yes sir?"
"Get your head out of your ass, you're on trial here." He said and I nodded.
"Mr.Daniels, who is testifying today?" He asked.
"A few of Erich's loyal workers, Ivana West, and Inspector David Molk." He said and The Judge nodded.
"And you, Mrs.Perez?" For some reason, they had to change the Attorney, which is fucking stupid.
"Detectives Terry English and Hildy Mulligan, Chief medical examiner Justin Burnside.." She suddenly trailed off.
"And Hannah Anderson." She said and immediately my body perked up.
"Objection you're honor!" Warren yelled. Immediately the judge called them over.
Warren's pov
"This female is not on the list." I said.
"She came to us this morning, saying she was ready to testify."
"She doesn't even have anything to do with this case."
"Actually...it shows a distinct pattern of Erich's Blunt sociopathic and psychotic behavior." She said and immediately I looked at the judge.
"Witness is allowed...I want her going first..if she's that important." The judge said and I sent Perez a death glare as we sat down.
Erich's pov
I watched as Hannah walked to the protium, sitting down. She didn't even look at me, her eyes on her hands.
"Ms.Anderson, How are you?" The stupid prosecutor asked.
"I'm...I'm okay." She answered.
"You seem nervous."
"I am a little nervous.
"Why is that?"
"Because My rapist is sitting right there."
"OBJECTION." Warren yelled while getting up.
"There is no physical evidence nor documents of this accusation." Warren said, and the judge sighed.
"Overruled, watch what you say, Mrs.Perez and Ms.Anderson." He said and she nodded.
"How do you know Mr.Blunt?"
"I worked at his company five years ago."
"And?" She asked and Hannah took a shaky breath. I nearly threw up looking at her.
"One time, he asked me if we could go out for drinks. I said yes."
"And what happened?"
"I woke up, naked on Erich Blunts couch."
