Erich's pov
"ALL RISE." The judge said, and we all obeyed. The judged look at me,

"Mr.Blunt, how are you feeling since the car accident?"

"Fine, sir." I responded. He suddenly looked at Claudia.

"Ms.Johnson, How are you feeling?" He asked and she stood up. She definitely looked bigger, as she has been pregnant for almost two months.

"I'm feel well, you're honor." She answered and sat down.

"Ms.Perez, who are you calling to the stand today?"

"Claudia Johnson." She said and suddenly a wave of panic struck me. I didn't know she was supposed to testify.

"Is that it?" The judge asked.

"She's an important witness to our case judge." She answered and sat down.

"Daniels?" The judge asked. Warren sighed.

"Claudia Johnson as well, but we'd like a fifteen minute recess." Warren said and I nodded.

"Recess granted...no more then fifteen minutes Mr.Daniels."

Claudia's pov
"It's simple Claudia, just answer the questions, and be honest." Warren said to me, and I nodded. Both warren and david walked away, Erich staying behind.

He grabbed my waist, leaning his body into mine. I wrapped my hands around his neck, his face had a sympathetic look.

"Please just relax,you can't be stressed. Remember what the books and the OBGYN said?" He asked and I nodded. He ran his hands through my hair, trying to calm me down.

"It's okay...you'll be okay." He whispered and I nodded.

"I don't want you to go to jail."

"I won't, I promise." He reassured me. Warren came up to us and told us that it was time. We walked back in, me trembling as I looked at the stand I was going to sit in.

"Ms.Johnson...or should I say Mrs.Blunt." The bitchy prosecutor said, and I chuckled.

"Ms.Johnson." I said and she nodded.

"How are you today?"

"Tired." I responded.

"Why is that? Because your baby daddy is a murderer?"

"Objection." Warren chimes in.

"Ms.Perez." The judge said in a warning tone. She cleared her throat.

"Do you know why Erich Blunt is being charged?"

"He's being falsely accused." I said and she chuckled. Immediately I looked at the jury.

"Erich is a good guy who's just being charged because he slept with Cindy." I said and they didn't respond. I looked back at Ms.Perez.

"Let me ask you something, when was Cindy murdered?" She asked.

"Six months ago?"

"Hm..basically." She said.

"When did YOU start dating the defendant...Erich Blunt." She asked.

"More then a year ago." I said and she smiled.

"Did you know that Cindy had semen in her mouth?" She asked, and immediately I felt a tingle in my stomach.

"Yes..."

"That Semen was Erich's." She said and I sighed.

"Yes..."
