Claudia's pov
I was seated at the stand, my hand slightly trembling. Today I was testifying, and I saw everyone looking at me and whispering.

"ALL ORDER IN THE COURT." The judge yelled, and everyone sat down. Erich stared at me. I stared back, and he winked.

"Ms.Johnson, how are you feel today?" The judge asked me.

"Fine, sir."

"Are you able to testify?"

"Yes."

"Good." He said and looked at Warren. He nodded, and stood up.

"Ms.Johnson, how are you today?"

"I'm well, how about you?"

"Well, as well. I'm just going to ask you a few questions, and you answer honestly." He said and I nodded.

"When you first met Mr.Blunt, what was your response?" He asked and I cleared my throat.

"I was shocked, in all honesty."

"And why is that?"

"Because at the time, I was working at the café I used to work at, and a lot of famous people didn't really come to it." I responded and he nodded.

"And what happened?"

"He gave me a job as his personal assistant." I said and he nodded. We went over to a big screen tv that sat at the middle of the court room, and grabbed the remote.

"Why don't we time skip a few months." He said and pulled up a tweet on a big screen.

"Please read that little paragraph that was posted by Erich." He said and I nodded.

"Claudia and I are officially together. I love her so much." I read and he nodded.

"So?"

"So what?"

"I thought he gave you a job..."

"We fell in love." I said and he nodded. He turned off the tv and placed the remote on the desk. He walked back over to me, he was so close I could smell his cologne. It was way too strong, I almost gagged.

"Do you trust Mr.Blunt?" He asked.

"Honestly? I don't know." I responded and Erich perked up, his expression now angry.

"I thought he was your boyfriend?"

"He is, but he's hurt me a lot."

"Explain." He said and I sighed.

"He cheated on me." I said and Warren nodded.

"Yes...he did, so why be with him?" Warren asked.

"Because I'm in love with him."

"Safe to say, he has you wrapped around his finger." Warren said, and I immediately got uncomfortable.

"Sure..." He chuckled.

"In you're opinion, do you think he'll be a good dad?" He asked and I smiled.

"I think he'll be a great father and try to give our baby the best life he could give them." I said and Erich smiled, showing off his white teeth.

"Even though he's said in the past he doesn't a girlfriend...let alone a child?" He said and I sighed.

"I don't know why Erich suddenly changed when it came to me." I said, crossing one leg over the other.
