Claudia's pov
I grumbled annoyingly to my friend Alexandria as we walked out of class.

"God I fucking hate Mr.Relow." I said to her and she sighed.

"I know, Who the actual FUCK gives a bunch of twenty one year olds fifty pages of work due in two days?!" She exclaimed then threw the book he gave us on the ground. I chuckled and picked it up, giving it to her.

"I know, I'm going to slap the shit out of him one day." I said and she nodded.

"Do you have any more classes today?" She asked.

"Nope. I do have to work at the café though." I said and sighed.

"The deal to work at my dad's company is still up." She said and I rolled my eyes.

"You're dad owns a mechanic shop." I said to her and she shrugged.

"Well you'd be getting better pay then the café." She said and I smiled.

"But I adore the café." I said and she sighed.

"Whatever. Just know, the deal is always up." She said. We got to the parking lot, said our goodbyes, and got into our cars.

I put my backpack in the back of my car and grabbed my phone, texting my mother.

"Hey Mom." I wrote, and sent it. I put it in the cup holder and started the car. I was about to turn on the highway, when Johnathan called me. I picked up my phone, bringing it to my ear.

"Hi sweetheart." Johnathan said.

Johnathan partially owns the café that I worked at, he's basically the manager. The other person who owns it is Anton, his husband.

Yes..they owned a small little café together, isn't that adorable?

I've known Johnathan and Anton for almost all my life, and I absolutely adore them and their relationship. Every single time I see them both at the café, I beg one of them to tell me their love story because it's just so amazing.

They're so in love, it makes me want to cry.

"Yes John?" I asked.

"Sweetheart, Sienna called in sick today. Can you take her shift?"

"Johnathan, I don't know..."

"Please sweetheart, just for two extra hours."

"Okay, but I get to eat all the pastries." I said and he chuckled.

"Fine. Bye, I'll see you here." He said and hung up.

I started driving, and parked in the parking lot. I started to walk to the café, when I noticed APPLSN. I sighed.

"God, I wish I could work here." I mumbled and walked into the café. I saw Johnathan at the register, giving a young girl a cookie.

"Hi John." I said and walked up to the counter, kissed his cheek. He said goodbye to the young girl, and he smiled at me.

"Hi sweetheart, how are you?" He asked.

"Fine, School is so hectic though." I said and he smiled.

"Well, that's what happens when you go to college love." He said. I nodded.

"I guess so." I muttered and a bunch of people sat down. I walked over to them.

"Hi, My name is Claudia, welcome to Aventours. What can I get you guys?" I asked.

"Hi, yeah. We'll take 5 cappuccinos, a latte, and a few pastries." The female said. I can tell they were all from APPLSN because of the way they were dressed.

"Of course, can you specify which specific pastries you would like?" I asked. She sighed.

"Give me one of everything." She responded. I wrote it down and nodded.

"Of course. Your order will be up shortly. Would you like this to stay or to go?" I asked.

"The lattes and cappuccinos to stay, and the pastries to go." She said.

"Alright, I'll be right back." I said and she nodded. I walked to the counter and went into the back.

"Johnathan, please make five cappuccinos, and i'll make the latte and gather the pastries." I said.

"How many pastries?" He asked.

"One of everything." I responded and grabbed our biggest to go bag. He sighed.

"Are they from that huge company down the block?" He asked.

"Yeah. God, I would sell my right kidney to work there." I muttered and Johnathan frowned.

"You don't like it here?" He asked. I smiled apologetically.

"Of course not, I love it here." I said, pouring the frothy milk over the espresso.

"But, since I'm currently studying in computer science at college, a job in APPLSN would look amazing on my future job application." I said and he nodded.

"I understand." He said and gave me three cappuccinos. I grabbed all four drinks and put them on the stand. As Johnathan made the fourth, I made the fifth, and soon we finished.

"Thank you." I said and walked out, giving them everything.

"Here you go. Let me know if you need anything." I said and the female spoke up.

"A black coffee, my boss is coming." She said.

"You work at applsn, right?" I asked and she looked at me strangely before nodding.

"H-How did you know?"

"You guys are all dressed so professionally and elegantly, I just took my best guess." I said and she nodded.

"So black coffee?" I asked and and she nodded. I quickly went to the back and made the coffee, and waited impatiently.

God, If I see Erich Blunt today, I might faint.

Erich Blunt was definitely one of the most attractive men I've ever seen. He has blonde hair, blue eyes, and a stunning body. He usually wore laid back clothes, and I heard he acted very childish, for his age.

"Ahh!" I said and grabbed the coffee. I put it in the cup and grabbed a spoon, stirring it. I walked out and saw Erich Blunt sitting there.

Oh my fucking shit,he's so attractive.

"I have the black coffee, who is it for?" I asked and Erich put his hand up.

"For me." He said.

"Of course sir." I said and set it down. I looked at him and he stared at me.

"Would you like anything else?" I asked. He shook his head no.

"Alright, how about you guys?" I asked. They also shook their head no.

"Okay, call me if you need anything, or if you need the check." I said and they all nodded. I was starting to walk, when I felt a hand grab my wrist. I turned around.

"Yes?" I asked and realized it was Erich blunt.

Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god-

"Yes, Can you get me another black coffee to go?" He asked. I snapped out of my panic.

"Sure." I said and pulled my wrist back. His eyebrows sewed together, and gave me a strange look.

"Is something wrong sir?" I asked.

"N-No." He responded, slightly stuttering.

"Alright, let me get the coffee done then." I said and walked away. I walked into the back and closed the door, leaning my body against it.

God, He's just so ridiculously attractive and so fucking intimidating.

"I guess it's time to make that coffee." I muttered and went to the coffee machine.
