Claudia's pov
Erich stared at me, his eyes going wide. I stood there, trying to contain myself. He didn't look at me...he looked at the ground, looking like he was trying to figure something out.

"Do you want to have it?" He asked and I shook my head no frantically. He ran his hands through his hair.

"Do you want it?" I asked and he looked up at me, his face blank. He walked up to me, staring at my face. He grabbed my waist, and finally looked at me.

"I want it." He whispered and I swallowed. I didn't look at him, while he massaged my hips.

"Erich I can't..." I whispered and he shook his head no.

"Claudia please..." He whispered, his forehead on mine.  I shook my head no.

"Absolutely not, I'm not having your child." I said and he looked taken back, almost as if offended. I went into the kitchen, grabbing some water.

"Excuse me, but that child would be the greatest thing this earth could offer...why don't you want to have it?" He asked, and I almost laughed at the first part of his sentence.

"Because I'm not ready for a kid. I wanted to do so much more, not sit with a baby in one hand and a dirty diaper in the other." I said and swallowed the water. Erich suddenly grabbed me, placing me on the counter.

He massaged my thighs, then went to my stomach. He started rubbing it, and suddenly leaned his head down.

"Hey little baby..." He whispered, and I blinked away the tears that were starting.

"Erich.." I whispered, but my voice went raspy.

"I'm not having it." I said and he shook his head no. Tears started falling.

"Claudia..please." He repeated, and I shook my head no. I moved him lightly, jumping off the counter.

I went to my phone, and started looking up abortion places. I saw one just twenty minutes away from here, and clicked on it. Erich sat on the couch, a bottle of wine in his hands.

"What are you doing?" He asked, and I went over the reviews. I was about to press the call button, when Erich snatched the phone out of my hand, throwing it against the wall. It smashed into pieces.

"ERICH WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?" I screamed and he simply shook his head while sitting back down. I grabbed the wine and took it to the kitchen.

"Stop trying to fix your problems with alcohol." I spat, and he rolled his eyes.

"Fuck you then, FUCK YOU." He screamed and I flinched as his grabbed my shoulders.

"If you abort my fucking kid, you're god damn dead to me." He spat and I slapped him in the face, his body flying onto the couch.

"I AM THE ONE HAVING THE CHILD, SO I'LL DECIDE WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENS WITH IT." I screamed and he rubbed his cheek. I exhaled, and suddenly Erich got a call. He took out his phone.

"What? I'm busy." He said and sighed.

"Yes, she's okay. No? What the fuck? She's fine...okay bye." He said, and ended the call. I stood there like a statue, and he sighed.

"Did you know why I was so fucking scared to tell you?" I asked him, and he didn't answer.

"I was fucking afraid because I knew that you would freak the fuck out!" I exclaimed and he ran his hands through his hair.

"I never expected you to want me to have it. I mean with Cin-"

"No." Erich said and grabbed my hips, pulling me into him. He stared at me, his hands now caressing my cheeks.

"YOU are NOT Cindy. I never loved Cindy...Cindy was just a hookup." He said and I blinked, realizing tears were falling.

Why can't I stop fucking crying?!

"I am so fucking in love with you Claudia...and I want to have this baby with you." He said and I swallowed.

"Erich...I don't. It's simple. I don't want this baby." I said, trying to make him understand. He took a shaky breath.

"Okay..fine. You can get an abortion. Just know, I'll be here with you." He whispered, and he smiled at me.

"I just want you to be happy." He said and I nodded.

"Erich I want to give you everything, but I'm not having this baby..and you can't force me." I said simply. He nodded, undoing my bun. He ran his hands through my hair, and I wrapped my hands around his neck.

"I love you Claudia." He whispered into my neck.

"I love you too Erich...so fucking much." I said.

After a long and pleasure full shower, I was cuddling Erich on the couch. He ordered me a new phone, and I was watching a romantic comedy. Erich was running his hands through my now damp hair.

"Let's look at this." He said and grabbed the file.

"You're names in it, you're testifying for me." He said and I nodded.

"I expected that, who else is?" I asked.

"Mathew, Maria, Ivana, a few doctors..."He suddenly trailed off.

"What?" I asked and he shook his head.

"Hm? Nothing, just an old flame is testifying against me." He said and I sighed.

"How many of your old flames are testifying against you?" I asked.

"Three." He muttered and closed the file. His laced his fingers through my hands, and suddenly his left hand went to my stomach. He started running it in circles. He placed his hand on one part, and rubbed that part. I swallowed a lump in my throat.

"I'm sorry I.." He started but I turned around and put my finger on his lips.

"It's okay." I whispered and he rubbed my thighs. I turned the tv off...wrapping my hands around his neck.

"Are you a hundred percent sure you want to abort this baby?" He asked, and I shifted uncomfortably.

"You want me to be honest?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yes."
