Shuichi Saihara x Kokichi Ouma: Body Swap (Will return soon!)

Chapter 2

(A/N: Sorry for the very short chapter last time! I'll try and make this chapter longer.)

*Time skip back to the when Monokuma announced the names*

Shuichi's P.O.V:

I was surprised to see Kokichi nearly fall off of his chair when Monokuma said he was the first person. Kokichi looked cute when he was shocked. 'When do I tell him I have a crush on him?' I thought, but then I heard Monokuma say that I was the second person, and to be honest, I was kinda happy. "Um... When do we swap bodies?" I asked. "Right now!" Monokuma shouted as the room was filled with smoke. I fell unconscious. When I woke up I was on a bed. I also felt a bit different. I looked down at my body only to find out that I was wearing a checkered scarf and white clothes. I was also shorter than normal. "What the- wait, I sound like Kokichi! So Monokuma wasn't lying about it then." I thought for a minute. "Wait, is this Kokichi's room? Its very messy.." I went to the bathroom to make sure I was in Kokichi's body, and I looked like him so I knew I was.  

Kokichi's P.O.V:

I noticed straight away that I was taller. I looked down to see that I was wearing black clothes." So I'm Shuichi now." I thought for a while. "Maybe I should go look for Shuichi?" I said. I left the room to go look for Shuichi, but when I opened the door I saw myself standing there. "Shuichi? What are you doing here?" I asked, already knowing why he was here. "I was looking for you Kokichi! We need to go tell the others that Monokuma wasn't lying about us swapping bodies!" He said. "Alright fine, but I'm not going near Miu." I replied. "Ok, I'll tell Miu then." Shuichi said. I was blushing a bit from being in his body, he must've noticed because he asked me if I was alright. "Yeah, I'm fine!" I lied. After that conversation, we walked to the dining hall where everyone else would be at this time. When we went into the room, I heard Miu call our names. "Finally! Cockichi and Pooichi woke up! So did you guys swap bodies or what?" Miu asked. "Yes, we swapped bodies." I heard Shuichi tell her. "How's it like being the ultimate shortie, Pooichi?" Miu asked Shuichi. I got a bit irritated by that but I stayed quiet. "Its not that bad." Shuichi said. Then Kirumi walked into the room with plates of food. "Ah, Shuichi, Kokichi, you're awake. I'm guessing you two actually swapped bodies, am I correct?" Kirumi asked. "Yeah, we swapped bodies, mom!" I told her. "I see. Well, I'll go get some food for you two." She said. To be honest, she's like the kindest person I've ever met! I call her my mom because she acts like a mother to me. "How's it like being in a different body?" Rantaro asked. (A/N: no one has died yet, but I might make someone die later on if I feel like it.) "Weird." I said, being honest for once. "Well at least you guys are still alive, right?" Kaede said as she smiled at us. "Yeah." Shuichi replied. Kirumi came back into the room with plates of food in her hands. "Here you go. Enjoy." Kirumi said as she handed us the plates. Kirumi's cooking was the BEST, so of course I sat down straight away and started eating. "Thank you, mom!" I said to her. I swear I heard Shuichi giggle, but I ignored it. 

Shuichi's P.O.V:

I giggled as I watched Kokichi take the plate from Kirumi. He was really childish sometimes, and I loved that. I thanked Kirumi and sat down to eat as well. I sat beside Kaede, like I normally do. "When are you going to confess to them?" Kaede whispered. She knew I had a crush, but wasn't sure who it was. I blushed. "I'm not ready y-yet!" I whisper-yelled. She giggled. "Alright, then!" She smiled at me.

Kokichi's P.O.V:

I left the dining hall to go talk with Shuichi in our rooms. When we got there, we went to Shuichi's room because it was more tidy than mine. "How do you think we can swap back?" I asked him. "I'm not really sure. We will probably have to wait until Monokuma swaps us back." He replied. I sighed. "What do we do until then?" I asked. "We live like normal until we can get our own bodies back." He told me. "Alright~!" I said. Suddenly, he hugged me. I was surprised, but eventually hugged back. "S-sorry! I-I didn't mean to do th-that!" He said, then he ran away. I sighed. 'Well that was quick.' I thought. I decided to go back to my own room and stay there for the rest of the day.

Shuichi's P.O.V:

I didn't realise I was hugging Kokichi until I felt arms around me. "S-sorry! I-I didn't mean to do th-that!" I apologised. I ran into the halls because I was embarrassed. I ran to the gym so Kokichi woudn't find me. I sighed. 'Why did I do that?! I'm such an idiot!' I thought. After about a half an hour, the nighttime announcement went off. I sighed. "I guess I should go back to my room now." As I was walking to my room, I met Maki. "Hello Shuichi. Is Kokichi causing you any problems? I can beat him up for you if you want." Maki said. "Wh-what no. You don't need to do th-that!" I stuttered. "Alright. Goodnight." She said. "Goodnight." I replied. When I went to my room, there was a note on the floor. It said: Hello Shuichi! I hope you're ok. Don't worry about earlier!   ~Kokichi. I sighed. 'He was nice enough to leave a note.' I went over to my bed and got into it. I lay in the bed thinking for a while, but eventually, I fell asleep.
