Harry and Daphne were walking through the crowds as they were looking around the cup grounds. Some of their mates in Hogwarts were looking agape at them whenever they passed by, some Gryffindors were shocked to see their golden boy in the arms of a slimy Slytherin, as Ron Weasley would call it. The Slytherin's too had the same reaction, none of them expected to see the Gryffindor golden boy and the Slytherin Ice Queen to be together, much less than intertwined arms and Daphne leaning her head on Harry's shoulder. As they were walking, they heard a familiar drawl.
"OI! Greengrass!", they turned and saw Draco Malfoy and the pug, Pansy Parkinson walking towards them. Lord's Malfoy and Parkinson were talking at a short distance away from them.
"Oh hello Malfoy and Parkinson," drawled Harry as he placed on his cold facade. "I didn't expect to see you here, I would have thought both of you would be making the next Malfoy scion."
"Shut up Potter!" said Malfoy sneering. "Come on Greengrass, drop Potter and join Pansy and I, it's best to join better company than what he can afford."
"No thank you Malfoy," said Daphne. "I am much happier with Harry plus I would never want to be third wheel to your very desperate love story."
"You really want Potter?" asked Parkinson, also sneering. "He's a dirty halfblood, he's as poor as a squib."
"Ah, that's where you're wrong Parkinson," said Harry as he made his green eyes flame as he showed her his Lordship rings. "This dirty halfblood is the lord of the noble and ancient houses of Potter, Peverell, and Emrys."
Both Malfoy and Parkinson grimaced at the rings, sweating as they did. No one, not even the Dumbledore himself, could fake Lordship rings. They were bound by magic and that would mean he wasn't just Harry Potter, no, he was Lord Potter now.
Harry grinned as he saw their reaction, all of a sudden, Lord's Malfoy and Parkinson walked behind their children. "What's wrong?" he said. "Cat got your tongue?"
Suddenly, someone cleared their throat. Harry and Daphne looked to see Lord Parkinson and Lucius Malfoy walking towards the four.
Harry bowed. "Lord Parkinson, Lord Malfoy," he greeted. The two men nodded.
"What happens to be the problem here?" asked Lord Parkinson as he saw their reaction.
"It seems Lords Parkinson and Malfoy," said Harry as he flashed his Lordship rings. "That your children have just insulted the Lord of the houses Potter-Peverell and Emrys. I believe that my family owns 40% of your fortune, Lord Parkinson, and I don't think you would want to lose your financial resources, blood feuds have been started for less."
Lord Parkinson grimaced. "What did my daughter call you?" he choked out.
"I believe she called Lord Potter-Peverell-Emrys a dirty halfblood, as poor as a squib," Daphne said coolly. "The sentiment is shared by Scion Malfoy."
A crowd began to gather around the small group, curious at what the ruckus was about.
Lord Malfoy and his son looked frightened by the combined might of three noble and ancient houses.
Pansy tried to step back. "F-Father... I can explain! Potter... He--"
SLAP!
Flaring, Lord Parkinson struck his daughter swiftly on the cheek, causing her to stagger back in pain.
"Silence!" He grasped her by the neck, a tight grip choking her. "You... You will kneel and you will beg... I will not ruin this family because of your foolishness and witless actions. I don't care what he will make you do... You will do it. Am I understood?"
