Adrian's POV:

"Addy?"

I was at Greg Smiths house the leader of The Shadow and my baby's fucking step dad. I had a 'business' dinner with him to probably meet, sit down and talk.

The guys were here as with me as well being the second and third in command they have almost just as much responsibility as I do.

I mainly just wanted to see how my baby girl was in this damn house hold. She better be treated like the fucking Queen she is, her step sister is already gonna pay for what she did to my baby hate to see what I would have to do to Greg.

"Hello baby girl"

"Hey doll face"

"Hi their adorable little human"

Watching her face go from confused into a smile made the small smile on mine grow slightly bigger. She opened her mouth to say something but was cut off by a loud screechy voice.

"Billy my dad wants to know what the hell is taking so long!"

My face instantly hardened my eyes going slightly dark. My baby stumbled backwards while taking the door with her opening it.

Stella popped up looking irritated at my baby but as soon as her eyes landed on us she immediately started checking us out licking her lips as she does. She's like a fucking rat looking at its next meal.

"Oh my god Adrian your the ones here for my dads business dinner? This night just got a whole lot better. Billy stopped just standing around and keeping our guest outside! Follow me"

I look behind me and the guys faces mirror mine. Disgust, hatred and like they were holding themselves back.

Stepping aside I wait for my princess to join us. She closed the door and turned around jumping slightly as if not expecting us to still be right here.

"Lead the way little one" nodding her head she scurried in front of us leading us to the dining room.

I can see Greg making his way towards us but my eyes were still on Billy watching her continue walking in to what I'm guessing the kitchen.

"Ahh Adrian Black it still astonishing to me by how young you are" Greg's loud voice rang out to my left making my eyes snap to him. Choosing not to say anything I give a curt nod a look around.

"Ahem let's go over to the bar and we can get something to drink"

"Oh yes please!" Walker said walking slightly faster now.

Walking up to the bar we each said what we wanted to the man behind the counter. I got scotch same as Greg, Walker got dark and stormy and Damon got gin and tonic.

"So Adrian I have to say I really like this new alliance of ours, I feel it'll be very beneficial for the both of us."

How the fuck does he think he can benefit me in any fucking aspect. The only fucking reason we have an alliance is so there be no wars.
