CHAPTER 3
"Yeah.. I am already a part of their group...no they didn't have Any suspicions about me... yes I will take care of him...." Jong was talking over the phone when someone tapped his shoulders ....
He turned around to see Pari was standing behind him smiling...
"do you need anything Sir??" Jong asked..
"oh drop the formality.. you can call me Pari..." the boy said giving his sweetest smile..
Jong gave him a mild smile and nodded.. "so Pari do you need anything..?"
"Yeah I was just wanted to ask you..when are you going to pick me.. I mean us tomorrow..??"
"Oh I will be picking you all up around in the morning.. we will be visiting local areas and then as per plan we will having a camping trip to Ratanakiri forests for the night ...."
"oh ..thats sound exciting..." Pari was very much excited about the trip.... But they didn't realize that one person was looking at them conversing with a hint of sadness and jealousy.....
He sighed and left... the boy who ran from home didn't like the way Pari and Jong were talking ....he was unsure what his feelings were for the guide... he walked to his room..... He though had an idea ... about the symptoms as he watch a lot of BL series....
But still he needed to confirm... and the only person who can help him is his Mom.... But he cant call her otherwise they will know about his whereabouts...
So he called his grandma ....from the telephone of his room....
"hello" said a shaky voice..
"hello...its me Kana..." said Gulf..
"Kana... baby ...where are you....why did you run away ..you silly boy...if you had a wish..you could have told us... tell me I will send my men to get you!!"
"Granna... please don't send anyone to get me..i am fine and with Pari... we are in Cambodia.... Please Granna ,...I need this.. I feel so suffocated staying in the house...Please Granna...please ..please....."
"Okay okay..i wont tell them... but why did you call me... I something wrong??"
"How did??"
"Baby...I know you too well I raised you remember..when you parents went for business trips.... Which was very often... so know you in and out... your voice tells me..something bothering you ..my dear boy??"
Gulf knows his grandmother can easily understand that he is having some trouble from his voice.. so he said...
"You know recent 2-3 days on my trip I met a guy... he is our guide.. after meeting him...there are these feelings that are growing inside me..i do have a clue about it...but I just want to be sure..."
"oh my god.. my boy has grown up... he has a crush!!!!!!!"
"No granny..its not a crush... I really like him... I don't know but I think I am in love with him...."
With that he told his grandmother every single thing...that had happened...except the fact that the person he was jealous of was Pari...
"my baby..is so much in love....but baby your parents have already found a match for you... at your birthday party..."
"what??" Gulf asked shocked.. "how could they decide without consulting me???"
"baby..he is a good guy...very good looking.... Sober..caring..and a good business man..he will make you happy.... Gulf your parents have done so much to protect you.. I have seen how they worry about your safety...you are the sole heir to business... and this guy being a powerful business man can protect you ,..and he will definetly love you.... Just give it a try ..once you come back...."
"I need to think...Granna.... I will talk to you someother time..... I am tired... Good night"
"Good night Pumpkin.."
Gulf disconnected the call and lied on his bed.... his granna's words and Pari and Joong's scene was playing in his head... he was in dilemma....
He closed his eyes forcefully and went to sleep .....
Next morning...Joong came sharp at 8.. and was eagerly waiting for the group to arrive...... rather waiting for someone in particular....
The boys came down..and Joong gave his famous smile ..everyone smiled ...but one person nodded and walked passed him.....
While boarding the car.... Gulf took the back seat rather the passenger seat..which surprised Joong...
The young man was having a lot of thoughts in his mind...he chose to ignore Joong... he was thinking.... He needs to come to a decision...
Throughout the day trip...he avoided Joong and it was easy for him as Pari was tagging along Joong wherever the guide went...
The Guide thinking why Gulf was avoiding him....he tried to start a chat with him... he tried to make him sit beside him...but the man found an excuse to stay away....
Mr Guide was not liking it at all.. on top Pari was clinging onto him since morning.... He was getting irritated.... But he cant say anything.. as they were tourists...and he was just a guide...
The day ended when the group reached Ratanakiri forests.. their camping site... everyone was given their allotted tents ...
The rested the night in their tents.. early morning..he went on trek to explore the forest... it was so beautiful and refreshing ....
They trekked through the forest......walking across the river....high grounds... Joong was walking close to Gulf.. and was always holding him..when he was about to fall.... Pari was tagging along with Joong..
He didn't like Joong giving attention to Gulf... Pari liked Joong so much....
At the camp fire... they were all sitting and enjoying the night when one of the boys from the other group started to sing a beautiful song.... The ambiance became quite romantic.. but for two people who were sitting across each other taking glances at one another was becoming a bit strange...
The boy was avoiding the guide the whole day... Joong didn't know why..but he was feeling a sting with Gulf's attitude...
He wanted to convey his feelings... and so he borrowed the guitar from the guy and sang
"I Wanna Grow Old with You- Westlife"... when the song ended ... Gulf felt a crunch in his heart.. his eyes were teary.. he excused himself and left the camp fire.. .. Joong saw him and followed him.... but lost Gulf on his way....
Gulf was in his thoughts ..he couldn't make up his mind... should he accept his feelings for Joong or he accept what his parents have decided..but after hearing Joong....he decided to confess to him....
He was walking back to the camp when he saw Pari and Joong standing ... facing another....and what he saw broke his heart...Pari was kissing Joong...
It was good the forest was dark and they didn't see Gulf... the boy had tears in his eyes... he smiled and shook his head... and left..
He walked to his tent and went in,,,turned off the lamp and covered himself ..shutting his eyes ..forcing himself to sleep... he made his decision...
Next day he woke up early packed his back and left the camp silently... he decided to go back home.. the outside word was not for him..... his broken heart needs to be mended...
He left a note for everyone that he was leaving ...and going back home... he also left a lump of money for Pari...
Gulf walked to the nearest bus stop after asking a few localites..it was a one hour walk....he saw the bus coming.... And it dropped him at the main city..he went to his room ....booked the earliest bus ticket which was in an hour.... to Bangkok.. packed his things and left....
It was the first time he fell in love and it was his first heart break.....
