Yawn.
I look over at my night stand to read '10:30am' on the clock. I smile as I stretch out my arms.
I love the weekends. The time of sleeping in and not having to worry about getting to school on time.
I then went to my bathroom to do all my morning doings.
...
As I head downstairs I could hear laughter coming from the kitchen.
Ahhh Jisung must be over already. He always come to hang out with Minho. I don't mind, as long as he has brought food with him.
"Good morning sleepyhead. You usually wake up at around 12, did you get a good sleep?" Jisung asks.
He was right. Usually I'm up at like 12 or 1pm. But today I feel unusually bright and "early".
"Must've been from being with Jeongin all day yesterday." Minho smirked, standing beside Jisung.
Jisung furrowed his eyebrows. "Wait am I missing something?" He asks, looking at Minho then back at me.
"Yeah I'm just as confused. What does hanging out with a person yesterday have to do with me waking up early?" I crossed my arms at my brother.
"Not just any person, but Jeongin." He pointed out. Jisung smirks, "Really? So do you like our friend Jeongin now?"
I simply shook my head. "I told you, it's not like that. We became friends and now we are just hanging out."
"As friends." I emphasized so the two smirking boys gets what I'm telling them.
Minho slightly chuckled. "Whatever. I'm gonna get ready, I'll be down in 15." He said before leaving the area.
"You guys are heading out?" I asked. "Yeah. We're gonna go out with the other guys." Jisung said.
I just nod.
"So about Jeongin. Are you sure you don't like him in a way?" He asks. "In a way? Like romantically?" He nodded his head like a child wanting answers.
"Like I said, I don't."
I chuckled. "Why are we still on this? Did you bring any food?" I changed the subject. Which then brought a wide smile to Jisung's face.
"Breakfast sandwiches."
I happily clapped. "Yay food."

Jeongin got to their discussed meeting spot first and texted Y/n where she was at. He decided to sit on the bench near him as he waited.
Just as it got quiet...
"BOO!"
Jeongin jumped at the sudden fright and let out a high pitched scream.
Y/n chuckled, holding her pointer finger to her lips. "Shhh it's night time."
The boy clutched onto his chest as he tried to catch his breath. "Then why did you have to scare me?"
"I'm sorry I had to, you just looked so calm." She laughed before taking a seat next to the boy.
"Why did you want to meet at the park?" Jeongin asks. Y/n just puts her pointer finger once again to her lips, gesturing silence. Then pointed the same finger towards the river in front of them.
"Wow." Jeongin awed.
The river went by calmly and the night sky has twinkled on the river, making it glisten as if there were stars above. The view already was beautiful but if there were more stars in the sky it would have been even more better.
"I like to come here and just sit on this bench, watching the night glow. It's very calming to the mind, don't you think?" She started.
"Yeah, it is." Jeongin said, still looking at the glowing river.
"Speaking of the night, tell me do you have any dreams?" She calmly asks the boy.
Jeongin had a small smile on his face as he thought about it.
"Well I actually have dreamed about becoming a performer. I hope to dance and sing on a stage one day and just make songs that people can enjoy and be moved by."
He pursed his lips, letting out a slight snicker. "It's probably stupid right?"
Y/n shook her head. "Not at all. I think that dreams can become a goal you can achieve, if you at least try."
Jeongin looked at the girl. "You really think so?" She smiled at him. "I know so."
Y/n scooted closer to the boy and it didn't seem to bother him. "Have you ever performed in front of anyone?"
"Only the guys but other than them, no one." He said. When he turned his head once again, their faces were just inches away.
"Would you perform in front of me?" She softly asks. "I wouldn't mind singing for you." He replied in the same tone.
Y/n smiled. "Do you know what just happened?"
"What?"
"You just passed your second test." She exclaimed with a more louder tone, pulling her body away from Jeongin's making him jump in surprise.
He just blinked. He didn't notice but he actually liked the closeness between them two.
"What?"
"Your stuttering." She innocently said. "I believe that was the closest we've ever been and you were able to talk to me without heating up or stuttering."
Jeongin then joined in the excitement, ignoring his previous feelings, "You're right. Oh my god I didn't even notice."
"It's only been two days and I've been trying to work on it for weeks." He added.
Y/n shrugged. "What can I say, I'm a miracle worker. Not saying you needed a miracle, I honestly think you were able to do this on your own."
Jeongin laughed then out of nowhere he hugged the girl.
He seemed comfortable but Y/n on the other hand looked hesitant. She held her breath, not knowing what to do.
For her, hugging is stage 1 of falling for someone and she can't have that happening.
Not again.
When Jeongin released from the hug he let out a relieved sigh and continued to look at the shining water.
Y/n, on the other side, just sat there and licked her lips. Thoughts running through her mind.
