Dear Hayati,

Ahh do you remember the days before our marriage. You would say it was such a blissful event but I would say traumatising.  No not marrying you but the function. I swear I got three to four slap just because I refuse to put some random desi pack on my face. And don't get started on dress. You women complain that it's hectic to wear that heavy lehenga and what about us? Packed in three to four peice and are forced to smile?

Well from marriage I got to know that we both equally suffered from the heavy clothing. I didn't say that time but MashaAllah you were looking splendid. Beautiful. May Allah save you from the evil eye. Seeing you I had to avert my gaze just because I don't want my evil eye casting on you. What am I even writing.

Ahh those days. They were amazing. Like we are the only couple who instead of smiling at photo burst out laughing. I guess the camera man probably resigned his career for not giving him the best smile. The only couple we were instead of saying like other, we were gossiping like old couple of aunties who were giving us scrutinizing gaze.

Well that's all,  Imma go off and help Hana in her homework. Till then fe aman Allah

Yours truly

Waleed the awesome
