.

A perfect ingredients for heartbreak? What would it be.

Hiba penned down her heart in the journal as she waited outside for the next letter.

One cup of broken heart with two and half teaspoon of tears. Two cups of unrequited love and one teaspoon of over expectations. Also 1 foolish heart for not looking beyond it. Procedure stir it well and later add a pinch of regret to complete the dish.

This was what Hiba felt eight year ago when Waleed had declared his love to Haneen. People would be - eight year and you are still not over? A person who wouldn't ask would know the pain.

She had met Fadil, which her mother had urged her to meet. She had told him that she went through a bad phase of heartbreak and would not like to marry him now. But Fadil had surprised her that, he will wait even though if her heart takes time to heal even for fifteen years.

He will wait for her till eternity.

An unknown emotion churned in her heart after she met with Fadil.

As the letter arrived, she had abandoned the journal. The only sole reason she had been reading the letter was to stitch the wound up .

Dear Hayati,

I hope you are fine. Still no idea where you are stuck at. So Hana, our daughter demanded that I need to tell her bedtime stories and I racked my brain but did not get any. And since Hana had gotten your angry trait, I told our one piece  of fragment of memory which made me chuckle. Remember the time when you wanted to settle in Saudi so that  whenever you wish you could go to Mecca .  And I was like in sha Allah and you told me not to behave as desi mom who say in sha Allah we go and then that trip would never come.

Also remember the day when we were planning to shift to our new house which was basically next door to our parents. Also also remembered that how we both was fighting for the stuff toy and the look the people gave us. We almost had a pillow fight. Those memories were nice. We had so many fight determining the colour of the wall. Also you wanted to buy toys for your bunny and I  was like- my wife is mad when you told that you wanted to  buy cloths for Sophy.

Ahh I cannot remember the other but if I remember then definitely I will write next time

Stay safe and Take care

Yours Truly

Waleed the good husband ;)
