The next morning, I woke up to Ms Venable trying to sneak out of bed, making as less movements as possible to prevent waking me up. I figured that the reason why she wants to leave the room before I wake up is because she thought I was out cold yesterday night and wouldn't find out what she did if she simply just leave my room now and pretend as if nothing has happened.

She's so cute. Especially in that silk nightwear of hers.

I smiled to the thought of that and wrapped my arms around her waist to stop her from leaving. She jumped in an instant and snapped her head back with a surprised and panicked look on her face, obviously not expecting me to be awake.

"Good morning, Ms Venable" I said, in a somewhat playful tone, trying to ease the tension a little.

"G-good morning, I err think I better get going" She stuttered, with her face bright red before leaving my room in a hurry.

It's such a rare sight to see The Ms Venable in such state, all panicky and stuttering? I like seeing this side of her. I chuckled.

After she left, I decide to go back to sleep since it was still early when I heard soft knocks on the door. I got out of bed slightly annoyed and opened the door to see who was on the other side. As expected, it was Mallory here to send me my breakfast with a food tray in her hand. I greeted her with a warm smile and opened the door fully to let her in.

"Well you look awfully happy today" Mallory says, with a skeptical look on her face while putting the tray on the table.

"Really? Well I guess I just had a great dream this morning, that's all. Anyways, anything interesting out there this morning?" Trying to hide the stupid smile that was drawn across my lips, I tried changing the topic and turned around to pick my food plate up.

"Hmm now that you've asked, Ms Venable seems a little different today."

"How so?" I ask, with food in my mouth.

"She's still the intimidating leader like she always has been but something definitely feels different and I can't exactly put my finger on what" She tilted her head while recalling.

"Well, guess we won't ever know, will we?" We laughed and chatted a little more before she left my room.

Just when I was about to settle down by the fire to read my book, the door creaked open again.

Thinking maybe it was Mallory who came back to retrieve something she has left behind by accident, I didn't bother to lift my head and was flipping the book in my hand.

As I was going through the first sentence of the page, a sense of uncomfortableness washes over me. I jerked my head up and see a man in a full-on black latex suit, standing in the center of my room.
