Yes, we must see each other again in Korea! We must live each day as if it were the first day of our honeymoon. But how can I find you, K? Are you somewhere right now waiting for me?

Then Hung thinks of the tall man on the walking street. He might not be K, but he's surely involved and he was there to let Hung know their relationship is not ended yet. Now, Hung only needs to answer one and only question: How to find K? 

Where is he? Japan? South Korea? North Korea? Or maybe because he was so close with Vietnam, he chose to live in Hoi An forever waiting for Hung? Is he walking along the Thu Bon river thinking of someone he was madly in love with in the past? Hung doesn't know, but he knows the best way to find K is... 

First, Hung must go to South Korea, that's his best bet. And he must be popular. Only when he's famous, his words can be spread tremendously... 

Hung must be as well known as BTS. 

Hung must look for K.

And Hung must use his stage name of Hanbin, the one K always called him with. 

When receiving the call from Belift's presentative, Hung bursts into tears.  

K, you left your family, your motherland, to wait for me in Hoi An. And I will do the same to reunite with you in S.Korea. Luckily, they got my back, the only thing I need is to try my best to debut soon. When that day comes, I will tell the whole world about us. K, can you please wait just a little bit more?  

Vietnam, please wait for me! I will make you proud, and I will bring back here a lovely Japanese guy. I promise!

2019

The chance finally comes when Hung is chosen to participate in a survival show called Iland. Becoming an idol is tough, and it's even much more challenging for foreign trainees. Hung knows the path ahead is filled with hardships, but he's motivated enough to beat all the odds. 

On the interview day, when asked the reason for joining the show, Hung tells them his life story. Some sniffle in the corner of the room, some sob, and some have apprehensive looks on their face. 

- That's a very touching story. However, we have some rules to make sure the show goes smoothly. We understand that it's hard to prevent you guys from falling for each other when we put 23 of you into a separate area for almost 4 months. We know it's hard to hide your feelings. However, we don't allow any of you to go over the board until you've successfully debuted for 5 years or we find your story beneficial to publish. We hope you get what we mean.

Of course Hung understands. The reason why Hung tells them this story because Hung respects the contract he's going to sign. Hung doesn't hope that they will get him some help, but they deserve to know why Hung is here today. 

***In the lunchroom at the Belift office***

- Do you remember the Vietnamese boy's story? I'm afraid that he's looking for K, a Big Hit's trainee for 2 years. 

- Oh right, that Japanese guy who insists on being called K, right? I told him that a one-letter stage name is gonna be tough when it comes to branding, but he's so keen on keeping it. I asked for the reason and he couldn't give me any. What a hard-headed kid!

- If he's really whom Hanbin is looking for, we gotta do something! 

- I think so too, we will have to talk about it later this afternoon. But Hanbin is pretty talented, the Vietnam market is also promising, and the relationship between the 2 countries is superb thanks to Coach Park Hang Seo, we shouldn't have to waste him... 

***Trainees' Dorm***

At this dorm, Hanbin's closest to Niki, a 14-year-old trainee from Japan. Thanks to Niki, Hung can learn lots about K's homeland's culture, traditions, lifestyle, etc. Fortunately, they will form a trio for their first performance in Iland. The last person will come to join them today.  

When the door opens, Hung blurts out loudly: 

- Yixiang!

Hung immediately covers his mouth, hoping that the guy wouldn't take it seriously. How can he remember who Hung is? And he might not even be named Yixiang to start with. And of course, it's such an impolite way to greet someone. 

The guy slowly comes closer. He stops right in front of Hung, slightly lean on, and whispers to his ear:

- Hanbin ah, I had a great life back then, just as you wanted. I'm gonna be rewarded with your love this life, right? Also, first come first serve, K is obviously late!
