Electra stood outside the Hospital wing, riddled with guilt. News flooded the castle this morning that a student had been poisoned in the middle of the night...Ron had been poisoned. That potion was supposed to kill Dumbledore, it was highly deadly and it was a wonder how he was alive right now.

Electra watched as Dumbledore, Snape, McGonagall and Slughorn left the Hospital Wing, she slipped into the infirmary and made her way over to the occupied bed. Harry, Hermione, Ginny and Lavender were huddled around his bed, Electra stopped by the foot of his bed a significant distance from the others. They all turned around to look at her, her eyes remained on Ron who was asleep in the bed. Electra fiddles with her fingers and chews her bottom lip with guilt, wiping at her eyes before they decided to spill tears. The others look at her with sympathy, apart from Lavender who blurts:

"What is she doing here? I suppose you want him back now he's all interesting!" she looked up at Electra with hatred, she clutched Ron's hand as he lay unconscious.

"Since when does being poisoned make someone interesting?" Harry retorted.

"Just tell Ron I hope he gets well soon," Electra mumbled hastily, leaving the infirmary promptly as she felt a wave of nausea. Just like with Katie Bell.

Electra stepped off of the Hogwarts Express at King's Cross Station, suitcase in hand, and ready for her Easter break. She scanned the platform for her father, expecting him to be absent as usual. Once she was sure he wasn't there, she began to make her way out the station.

"Electra!" she heard a voice cry. She turned around to see Molly Weasley's friendly face beaming with a big smile and waving me over.

"Oh hi, Molly" Electra replied, trying to avoid conversation with her ex-boyfriend's mother.

"Gosh, I haven't seen you since Christmas! How've you been?"

"Fine," she replied sheepishly, trying to naturally end the conversation and go.

"The boys and Ginny are taking their time," Molly says, looking down the busy platform, "Once they're here we will Floo back the Burrow-"

"Oh, I'm actually staying at home this Easter,"

"Are you sure dear? You know you're welcome at ours, and you might as well! Ron will be back and forth between yours and home otherwise," she says with a chuckle, but Electra froze in realisation. Molly didn't know that they had broken up.

"Wait...has Ron not told you?"

"Told me what, dear?" she asks, a smile still on her face.

"Well, Ron and I have broken up..." Molly's eyes widened in shock, her mouth gaping open.

"No he did not tell me that! What happened, dear?" Electra saw Ron and Harry making their way off of the train with their luggage.

"I think you should ask him, Mrs Weasley," she says with a smile and makes her way off the platform.

As she was leaving the platform 9¾, she turned back round to see Molly thumping Ron with her handbag, shouting something at him as he wailed in pain. Electra chuckled to herself and left the station.

And somehow she still ended up at the Burrow. A couple of nights into the Easter break Electra received an owl from Arthur Weasley. Apparently her father had requested she spend at least one night at the Burrow so that they could ensure that she was okay. Obviously her father hadn't contacted her personally, but by this point she wasn't even surprised.

So that's how she ended up at the Burrow that Sunday afternoon for a Sunday roast, she sat in the corner of the living room alone reading her book. The rest of the Weasley's were dotted around the kitchen and living room, Harry and Hermione were also joining them for the Easter break.

"It's a bit awkward now you've dumped him," she heard a cheesy voice in her ear, she looked up to see George smirking down at her.

"Just a tad," she replied with a smile. George made himself comfy next to her on the sofa, Fred joining on the other side of her, squeezing her into a Weasley twin sandwich.

"We've never really liked you, Travers" Fred said bluntly to her.

"Really?" she gasped sarcastically, "I never would have guessed? Abandoning me in Wales, calling me a slut in front of my father...I really that was you trying to be my friend!"

"Yeah, we did do that..." Fred mumbled.

"But, we cannot doubt how happy you made our little brother. He was an idiot for losing you," George added, giving her a soft smile. "I guess you could say you've grown on us,"

"I'm still waiting for you to grow on me," she retorted, looking back down at her book. The twins laughed beside her.

"See, little Travers!" George says, grabbing her shoulders, "There's the banter we love!"

"Dinner!" Molly called from the kitchen.

Electra ate her dinner, sat at the table with the full Weasley household plus Harry and Hermione.

"How've you been Electra?" Arthur asked her from across the table.

"Fine," she replied simply.

"Ron and you haven't had the best of luck this term, eh?" Electra's heart quickened, praying that he wasn't going to bring up their break up at the dinner table, "Both of you ended up in the Hospital Wing, nearly dying. Now that's some bad luck!"

Electra gave an internal sigh of relief.

"It wasn't bad luck, Mr Weasley, I was attacked,"

"Yes, well, Harry knows how dangerous that was to use a spell you don't know on someone," he began, going serious, "You should never use a spell you don't recognise, I made sure I drummed that into him after what happened. Read it in a potion's book he'd found of all places!"

Harry remained silent, eating his dinner.

"But, without said potion's book, he wouldn't have known that a bezoar would work as an antidote and use it to save Ron's life the other week!" he beamed in order to lighten the mood.

"Now our Ronnie-kins is as good as new!" Fred teased in a baby voice, at his younger brother.

"And he's got a new girlfriend," Ginny giggled.

"Ginny!" Ron hushed at her, the blood drained from Electra's face and she felt like a rock had hit the pit of her stomach. Suddenly she couldn't hear the conversation around her, her mind distancing from the room. Lavender was Ron's girlfriend? She didn't realise anything had been going on between the two, she just thought she was a poor girl who was obsessed with her boyfriend. Had they been snogging behind her back for ages? Had Ron really moved on that quickly?

"Are you okay, dear?" Molly's voice brought Electra back into the room. She looked up from her dinner plate, everyone at the table was either looking at her or pretending not to be looking at her.

"I'm not hungry anymore. I'm going to head up to bed," she said, getting up from her seat and leaving the kitchen.
