It was Saturday. The day where you are supposed to sleep in and lounge around. But no! Stacey insisted I come to this party; she said, "Have some fun once in a while." Excuse me?! I am fun. Fun is having a dance party in your bedroom. By yourself. Not with a lot of sweaty, drunk teenagers that could trample on and kill you without noticing.

The conversations between me and Dean were quite awkward, since we didn't have much to talk about. I usually started the conversation, talking about the weather, but Dean doesn't really seem interested, so I avoid talking about how much gloomy weather we're having. I asked Dean if he was coming to the party over text; he hadn't replied. I felt a hint of hope in me, that he would be there. But I doubt it.

At four in the afternoon, I decided to drag my lazy ass off of the couch and get ready for the party. I [somehow] managed to switch off the crime drama I was watching and headed upstairs.

I had a long shower, which lasted for thirty minutes, and then changed into some jeans and a sweater that said, 'Free Hugs' on it. The sweater was pink and girly, so I wasn't fond of it. Stacey bought it for me last Christmas, so I decided to wear it just to make her happy.

Quickly, I layered a few coats of mascara and some red lip gloss, before shoving my phone into my pocket and driving to Stacey's house.

Stacey was rich. I mean it. Her mother is a lawyer and her father is a really successful business man. Stacey lives on the outskirts of the city, in this humongous house, which doesn't even look like a house. It looks like an enormous fancy hotel. She says she doesn't like it there; when Stacey's father goes on business trips and her mother is out, the house is too empty.

If I were her, I'd be spread across the couch with a packet of Doritos watching Harry Potter. Because, like, Harry Potter is cool. Innit. [That's what the cool kids say, right?]

Stacey isn't what every person stereotypes her to be - she's a good student and clever, too. Everyone only likes her because she's rich and is pretty, what with her short black dip-dyed green hair and her curvy figure.

I parked my car on the pavement a couple of houses down, as this was the rich part of the city, and these people own so many cars that they clog up the roads.

I nearly ran up to her front door, as Stacey expected me to be there by half five - there was only a minute left, and Stacey is very strict on time.

I rang the doorbell with a few seconds to spare and the door opened to reveal Stacey, dressed up in a tight, black dress that showed all her curves and some black stilettos to match. Her hair was let down, and reached just below her jaw.

Stacey looked me up and down, an eyebrow raised. "What are you wearing?" she asked, her arms folded.

"Clothes," I said, smiling, before grabbing her hand and dragging her towards the car.

I knew Stacey rolled her eyes at my response, though I was turned away from her. I pulled her down the front steps and towards my car. "Did you have to pull me all the way here?" she asked, once we arrived, whilst I was looking for my car keys in my trouser pockets.

"Yes, god, you're so lazy." I responded, once I found and pulled my keys out of my back pocket.

"Ha, says you!" said Stacey, as I pushed the key in. I listened for a familiar click noise, and once that sound came, I pulled open my door and jumped in, and Stacey followed, sitting on the passenger seat.

Then we went to pick up Clara. Stacey and Clara can't drive themselves, which is really annoying as I have to drive them everywhere, and they don't drive with Elle because Elle stays with her boyfriend, Derek, and it's uncomfortable, really. Stacey hasn't got a license because, "I have more important things to worry about," i.e, school. And Clara just says that she already has someone to drive her around - me.
