A very merry Hogwarts Reunion

After James left, Ginny was standing outside with her husband and brother, she kept looking at the door in hope to see her once best friend again

When she had seen Hermione at the bleachers she saw the anger and pain in her eyes, all Ginny wanted to do was apologize, to Hermione and to Luna, Ginny let her brother influence her decision all those years ago and in the process lost two of her best friends

Ginny saw Hermione walk out with Luna and felt her heart stop

She excused herself from her husband and brother and began walking towards them

She was within earshot

"... Astoria, Pansy and you need to come by HJMG this week, maybe on Tuesday, so we could do the measurements" Hermione said

"Mione?" Ginny asked, she saw her old best friend freeze and Ginny flinched

Hermione turned and looked at Ginny

"Ginerva" she said

Ginny flinched at the name, how did they go from being sisters to being strangers?

"Hi Hermione...Hi Luna..." Ginny said and looked at the floor

"Hi Ginny" Luna said in her dreamy voice

"What do you want Ginny?" Hermione asked, crossing her arms

"How have you been?" Ginny asked

"Fine, anything else?"

Ginny flinched once again at the coolness in Hermione voice, did she hurt her that bad?

"I was wondering if we could talk? About what happened..." Ginny said, she began to play with the hem of her shirt

"About what exactly? A lot of things happened" Hermione said

Start of Flashback

"Ginny...please..." Hermione begged

"Him or us?" Ginny said coldly

"Gin..." Hermione cried

"Chose my brother and all is forgiven, or chose the death eater and Fred's death will be on you too" Ginny threatened

Hermione looked at the redhead girl, the one who she believed to be her sister, glaring at her with a look that can kill

"I chose him... I chose Draco"

"Then I guess Fred, Remus, Tonks, Collin, Lavender and everyone else's death is on your hands also" Ginny said

"Ginny..." Hermione began

"Get out"

"Ginny...please" Hermione begged

"Get out you filthy mudblood" the moment those words left Ginnys mouth she wished she could take them back

Hermione reached for her left arm and stopped crying, she spun on her heel and apparated away

End of Flashback

Hermione glared at Ginny, the memory fresh in her mind

Ginny wished to be able to go back and stop those words from leaving her mouth, the look in her face when Ginny called her that name broke her, seeing Hermione reach for her arm and stop crying was more painful then the torture curse, that day Ginny lost her best friend, her sister

Ginny heard two people come up to them

"Hermione..." her husband breathed out

"Mione..." Ron said, Ginny saw Hermione flinch at that name

"Goodbye" Hermione said and took Lunas arm

"Don't you dare walk away from me!" Ron bellowed and grabbed her

Hermione spun on her heel and punched Ron, you could hear the crack of the bone

"Don't touch me Ronald" she sneered

"You!" Ron yelled and reached for Hermione once again, only to be stopped by Luna who had pulled out her wand

"Get away from us" Luna ordered

"Or what? You blood traitor" Ron said

"I'm not a blood traitor, I married another pure blood who you didn't approve of, I love him Ronald Weasley, I am not a blood traitor because I chose Blaise Zabini" Luna said, digging her wand into Ron's throat

"Come on Lu, they're not worth it" Hermione said and began walking away

"We will be together Hermione, you hear me!" Ron yelled

"I'm married, Ron, I'm happily married to a man who loves and respects me" Hermione
said

"Who would want to marry you?" Ron said sarcastically

Hermione glared at him and decided against fighting him, she apparated away, Luna following her

Ginny collapsed on the floor and began to cry, her husband held her and whispered in her ear that it will be okay

"I ruined it" was all Ginny said.

Tuesday rolled by and Ginny made a difficult decision, she was standing outside the building of HJMG and was willing all her Gryffindor courage to walk through the doors, it was now or never

She had to apologize.
