Forbidden Love (Tracer Love Story)

Part 17- Standoff

Tracers P.O.V:
We're all sitting down around a camp fire and I can hear Angela discussing with Winston about finding a way home. Its only been a few hours since the incident but we have managed to find most of the other Overwatch members before setting up camp.

No matter how hard I try the only thing I can think of is how Chance just betrayed us like that. I walk over to Winston and tap his shoulder to get his attention. "I'm going to go for a walk, to clear my mind." I say to him. "Ok but don't wonder off to far." he says to me hesitantly.

I start walking off down a dirt path kicking small stones along the way. In the distance I can see a faint light and can hear some voices. It might be other Overwatch members. I start running towards the light and the voices start to become more clear. They aren't voices of any Overwatch Hero's that I know of, and I know everyone.

I slow down and walk carefully through a shrub to get to the source of light. Its another camp fire. The people sitting around it turn to look at me, they're all Talon soldiers. One of them stands up slowly and looks at me. He gives me a wave which is extremely strange but I turn around and start sprinting away.

I hear gunshots coming from our camp. Oh no, they're in trouble. I get back to our camp to see and stand off between Talon soldiers and Overwatch agents. "Whoa, ok let's just talk about this guys!" I shout as I run inbetween both groups.

"You!" One of the soldiers shout at me. "Yes, look there's alot going on right now and I..." I say before I get cut of by the soldier. "Chance wants to talk to you, he is also inviting you to a funeral just a heads up".

"Oh um ok, lead the way". I say walking up to them cautiously. I gesture the Overwatch Hero's to follow but the Talon soldier notices. "Only two" he says to me. I quickly catch on and I choose the two people I feel closest to.

Angela and Genji. We follow the soldiers to a dropship and sit down as it takes us to our destination.
