Chapter 4: The meeting

Thomas POV:
I opened my eyes to the warm sunlight coming from the windows. Another lovely day! I thought. I dressed into my royal outfit, putting on my special thigh high boots. I had a meeting in 8 hours where I would discuss an alliance with a nearby kingdom. Yesterday I had a look at a picture of the monarch, he seemed nice, with flowing brown hair and mesmerising yellow eyes that I could sink into forever. He was wearing a dark purple suit with a jet black cape above it, a hat perched on his head. Alongside him was another person, who I assumed to be the second in command. (Bro I don't know??) They looked a bit more... crazy. His eyes were a tad wide, staring into the camera. He was wearing a messy prince outfit with a lime green sash across his chest. His hair was a lot more messy, a white streak running through it. I think he had make-up on around his eyes, it was so messy! I wonder if he even looks in a mirror..
In the background I saw a mysterious boy, he was wearing all dark clothing and I couldn't make out the rest. I'll just have to meet him to see.

I arrived 5 minutes early to the kingdom, looking around at the castle and the civilisation. In the corner of my eye, I saw three men walking up to me, one in yellow, one in green, and one in black.
"Ah, right on time, Your Highness." Said the one in yellow
"Please, call me Thomas. It's a pleasure to meet you."
"Janus," replied the one in yellow, he pointed to the men dressed in green and black, "those are Remus and V-"
He was stopped by the purple guy, he whispered something to Janus that I couldn't make out.
"Sorry about that - that's Remus and Anxiety."
Anxiety.., I thought, What an odd name..
"Well it's a pleasure meeting you all! Shall we discuss our alliance?"

"Of Course!"
