Friday came, and I was glad to say that this week was almost over.It kinda sucks when you realize that that's all life is.
Weeks repeating themselves. One ends, but another shitty one follows it.
"Isabel matthews, you're paired up with.." The teacher says gaining my attention. We had a project for History, and she decided that to make it 'easier' for everyone, she'd pair us all up.
"Andrea Emmet," She says, checking off something in her list.
I take a breath. Phew, I thought I'd get paired up with a jackass.
"Samuel Blue," She says, now gaining the attention of one of Harry's friend.
"You're paired up with.. Styles," she says looking around the classroom, but not finding him.
He hadn't come to school since monday, and I was wondering where he possibly could have gone. I know I shouldn't care but it just gains my attention.
"He didn't come.. again." He says.
"Oh, well you're paired up with Laura Lowen" She says, checking something once again.
Where is he. He hasn't come to class since monday.
Once class is done, I head to the main door, and then to the the sidewalk, hoping I would find Andrea. Frank texted me during Art and asked me if I wanted to come to his house today so we could watch a movie, and he said aaron would be there. Perfect moment for my 3 friends to meet.
Me and Andrea got pretty close this week.
I hear someone whistle, and I turn to see, hoping it's Andrea and that she found me before I had to continue looking. but no, it's Harry.
He smiles at me from afar, and I am honestly so confused.
I turn around and look behind me, to see if he's looking at someone else, in case I embarrass myself and wave or something.
He gives me a small gesture, indicating me to come. That is so stupid, but more stupid is the fact that I listen to him, and soon an making my way towards him.
"Hi?" I ask.
"Hey," His husky voice rings.
"What are you- why haven't you- um, Why didnt you come this week?" I stutter, not being able to get my point across.
"I've been busy," He gives me a small smile, and scratches the back of his neck, and as he makes this small effort, his biceps appearing.
"Oh, um, Frank's not press charges," I say.
"Oh, Ok." He simply says.
"I should get going," I say, turning around, but he hooks my arm.
"Can I take you?" He offers.
"I have to meet Andrea. We're going to Frank's house," I say, making his face drop a little, and a small display of disappointment showing.
"It won't be long, let's just go for a ride." He smiles.
"I really can't," I stall.
"C'mon, just this once." He smiles, a dimple popping out of his perfect skin.
"Hey, I was mad at you," I remind him.
"I made you smile though, that's gotta count for something," He has a slight chuckle.
"Fine," I give in.
I get into his car, and so does he, a stupidly cute smile on his face.
The volume is low as we sit there in silence.
He slowly starts to hum along the song, making a small smile appear on my face.
He soon starts to sing some of the lyrics, as I try to keep a straight face.
"Why you gotta be so ruuude," He drags it out, making me smile just a tad.
After the pretty long ride we arrive at my house, and he opens the car door for me.
"Might just be the funnest car ride I've been on," His deep accent says.
"It was pretty nice," I smile.
"Well I'll get going." He says, sliding his hands into his pockets. His black sweater looking a little too good on him.
"Go to school, please." I say, walking over to him, not allowing him to get inside the car.
We stand there in silence as he looks down at my face and I look up at his.
"I will," He says, looking at the worried expression on my face.
"Thank you," I say, planting a small kiss on his cheek.
My eyes widen at my action. Why did I do that.
He stays silent, as my head is in the crook of his neck, I can just see the smile on his face.
I back away, and head to the main entrance of my house.
I give him a small wave, and a small shiver runs down my spine as he drives away. This weather is too damn cold.
After standing there for about 5 minutes, I wonder to myself what just happened, and walk inside my house.
