"Now tell me why you can't sleep. The real reason."

"It's what you call the 'SuPerNaTuRal pOweR' that keeps me awake at night. Ever since we debuted, I have been hearing voices. But no one is speaking to me. For 5 years, I've tried to find where these voices came from, but never got anywhere."

"Have you tried listening to these voices?"

"Yes, some of them are talking about what they are doing, some are angry, some are loud. Sometimes, I hear secrets from the other members, dirty ones too."

"Okay, did not need that last part. Do you have anything to cope with this?"

"Yes, sleeping pills. But I can tune it out for a short amount of time before it comes back."

"Do you hear voices now?"

"Yes. I can hear Tzuyu's and Momo's. The others are silent."

"So that means you are reading their thoughts. I figured. Your 'sUpErNaTural PowEr' is telepathy."

"But how does that explain my xray vision?"

"It isn't. Xray vision needs beta rays to work. You are using your telepathic rays and performing ultrasound on someone. The waves bounce and reflect back to your eyes, allowing you to see through walls. But the penetration of the waves depends on the frequency you exert."

"Oh, so the more waves i put out the further i can see through walls?"

"Exactly."

"Then why do I randomly hear voices everywhere?"

"That would be the voices of people passing by. But then again, one person's mind is enough to make a telepath go crazy. The quietest people have the loudest minds. What you're hearing could be Mina or Tzuyu's thoughts."

"Hmm....Is it possible to focus and read one person at a time?"

"With enough training, yes."

"Ok, enough about my secrets. What about yours? What did you mean by you're not who we think you are?"

Y/N sighed. He proceeded to explain his backstory, the whole bounty hunter thing, and BTS.

Jihyo was still in shock about what she heard.

"I knew you seemed weird when Mina brought you in." Jihyo remarked.

Y/N chuckled.

"Then why become our manager?" Jihyo asked.

"One, because I had a deal with you. Two, I don't have fluid to get off. Three, I never really had a childhood here on Earth."

Jihyo tried to ask about his childhood but Y/N said he left Earth very early.

Suddenly, Jihyo's eyes lit up. "Wait, since you say that you've travelled across the galaxy, have you met a telepath that can teach me about this power?"

Y/N looked down. "Sadly, no. There aren't many telepaths left since their planet was blown up by BTS. But there are books about them. I can teach them to you if you want, but will it affect your career? I kinda made a promise to JYP."

"YES, YES Please.... It would be so cool just to read other's minds!" Jihyo pleaded with puppy dog eyes.

"Okay, Okay. Have you told anyone else about this?" Y/N asked.

"Umm....No, why?"

"When you travel the galaxy as a bounty hunter, you can tell when someone is lying."

"Ok, ok.... I may have told Nayeon-unnie." Jihyo surrendered.

"Alright. Here's a secret, and I think you should know since you're the leader. Everyone in this dorm has powers. You aren't the only one."

"What are you talking about?"

"For example, Tzuyu has Super Strength. Haven't you noticed how Tzuyu's table always breaks?"

"Yeah, but she says it's an old table."

"That table is made of metal. No one here should be able to crack metal. Furthest I can go is bending it." Y/N explained.

"How did you know that EVERYONE here has at least one?"

"Because you all have some form of chemical inside you. It has bonded with each of your DNAs. So each of you have different superpowers."

"Wait, What? How did this chemical get inside us? Can you get it out?"

"I don't know, and No. I can't pull it out without risking your health and safety."

"Okay, Calm down Jisoo, pull yourself together" Jihyo slapped herself and stopped panting.

After a few more questions. Jihyo finally understood the situation. They both agreed that they would tell TWICE together when Jihyo has at least a bit of control of her telepathy so they have proof.

"You know what, I think I might have something to stop those voices temporarily." Y/N suggested.

"You do? And you're only telling me now?"

Y/N stood up and walked to his room. Jihyo followed closely behind. She went in and found the room to be different. It was filled with tubes and gadgets. There was a chemical table, a smithing table, an armory and many other things.

"Wait, this wasn't here the last time I came in..." Jihyo was beyond confused.

"That's because I hid it. Here it is!" Y/N held a device in the air triumphantly. He flipped a switch and everything collapsed into the walls and floor.

Jihyo jumped back a bit. She didn't expect that to happen.

Y/N beckoned her to come closer. He parted her fringe and placed the device on her forehead.

"What is it?" Jihyo asked with full curiosity.

"It's called a cerebral inhibitor. It stops your telepathic waves from coming out. In other words, It should stop you from reading minds unintentionally." Y/N explained as he turned it on.

Suddenly, Jihyo felt something she hasn't felt for 5 years. Silence. The dorm was finally quiet for her. The screaming minds of the people outside didn't affect her anymore. She was free!

"Thank you, Y/N! Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you so much!" Jihyo yelped as she hugged Y/N.

At the same time, Y/N also felt something he hasn't felt for a long time. He thought he felt joy, genuine joy. It was like watching your child walk and talk for the first time. He felt like he finally accomplished something good in life.

"If there is a God, he's smiling on me now." Y/N thought to himself.

They broke apart after a few moments. "I must warn you, Jihyo. When the light turns red, it means you're overworking it. Take it off immediately when that happens. I cannot make a new one. Give it a rest and you can use it normally again." Y/N warned. "And take it off when you're in public, you don't want the media to catch wind of this."

"Okay! Thank you once again, Y/N." Jihyo said as she went back to her room and slept. For the first time in 5 years, she slept like a newborn, nothing disturbed her anymore.

Y/N also retired to his bed. Little did he know, this was only the beginning of his sleepless nights.
