"Your situation....is a complicated one." Y/N spoke as he came out of his room. 9 heads turned towards the man who had answers to their question.

As he walked through the corridor to the living room, his mind was constantly bombarded by Jihyo trying to ram herself in.

"Let....me....in!"

"No....not yet."

He stood in front of the girls. His head hung low. The truth had to come out eventually.

"Promise me one thing." TWICE's heads perked up. "That you will not take this into your own hands."

They looked at each other, and nodded. Not knowing what they are agreeing to.

"You remember the pet projects he had that I objected?"

They nodded their heads, remembering the vague statement.

"I don't know how to say this, but you are part of one of them right now. Here's the proof." He pulled out the file containing doctor's reports.

They took the file, and read it. It wasn't in a language they understood, but they saw their pictures and the diagrams.

"This file talks about how false memories were inputted into your minds and how you all were put into cryostasis for 3 years. Except you, Jihyo. You were in there for 10."

"What language is this?" Momo asked.

"Aurorian."

"How do we know that you're telling the truth?"

"Think back to your trainee years. Did something always feel off? Deja vu's? Like you were always cold in the summer?"

Now that they thought about it, at random times, they would suddenly shiver and get goosebumps.

"What happened after the 3 years?" Jeongyeon asked.

"You were all put together in a survival show called SIXTEEN and won, but it wasn't by chance. SOMI, Chaeryoung, Chaeyeon, Eunsuh, Minyoung and Natty were paid actors to keep you under the illusion."

"He didn't expect Momo to be eliminated, but he knew that the public loved Tzuyu. So he made up an excuse to get Momo and Tzuyu in. He calculated every single fail and win and struck the lottery."

"So all those years of training, were lies?" Tzuyu and everyone else had tears in their eyes.

"Yes."

Their tears started flowing. Soft sobs were heard throughout the dorm.

"How long?" Jihyo asked.

"What?"

"Why are you so calm about this?" Jihyo asked with intent to find fault.

"Because I've already done this before."

"What do you mean?" Dahyun piped up.

"This is my 37th time I'm telling you all. Because I messed up so many times. You will end up either killing me and going after JYP himself where he will terminate you and replace you with a new batch of clones, or you will end up going insane and hurting innocent people. I can't have that happening."

"Wait, we are clones?" Tzuyu asked.

"No, you aren't. I mean that he has your DNA. He can just kill the original and make new clones."

"How have you already done this so many times?" Momo questioned.

He pulled out and showed off the neuralyzer. "Look, I know you all want to know where my home is. The truth is, my home is wherever you all are. You all gave me a home, and that's what matters. As long as we are ONE, it doesn't matter where we are, or what we are doing, we are together, always."
