After dinner Jenna headed back upstairs to her room.  She plugged in her iPod and began to listen to Ed Sheeran while she looked over the materials she needed to cover with Matt.

"This will take ages..."  Jenna muttered. She needed to cover everything from William Shakespeare to Charles Dickinson.  She grabbed her laptop from her nightstand and checked her email.  According to her teacher, she would be tutoring Matt after school in the library for about an hour or so the next day.  While she was on her computer she exited out of her email and logged onto Facebook.  She searched 'Matt Smith' and since she had over one hundred mutual friends with him he popped up right away.  His profile picture was a picture of him playing guitar.  He was wearing a leather jacket and his hair looked extra floppy. She clicked on the picture and saw that it had over two hundred likes.  Some of the comments said:

"Matt, we should hang out soon ;)"

"What a cutie ;*"

"You're so hot :O"

"Message me and I'll give you my number :)"

Jenna couldn't help but roll her eyes; girls were practically throwing themselves at him.

What do they see in him?  She wondered.

After being on her laptop for a bit she looked at the time and noticed it was getting late.  She washed up and got ready for bed, dreading the thought of tutoring Matt after school the next day...

"So?  Are you excited to tutor Matt later?"  Amy asked teasingly.

Jenna threw her a glare before saying, "no, you know I'm dreading this, why do you continue to remind me?"

"Because I'm your best friend and that's what best friends do!"  Amy said before elbowing Jenna in the ribs.

Jenna buried her face in her hands. "This is stressing me out..."  She whined.

"You're the smartest girl in school, you don't need to waste time studying for your own finals.  Listen, I have to head to softball practice, I'll see you at work later, tell me how everything goes!"  Amy said before heading down the hallway.

Jenna grabbed a few books from her locker before slamming it shut and heading down to the library.

"He's late..."  Jenna muttered to herself.  He was supposed to be at the library by 2:30 and it was 2:35.  She was getting read to pack up her things and leave when the door to the library opened and a boy entered.  He was about six feel tall with long floppy brown hair and green eyes.  His leather jacket and Doc Martens gave off a badass vibe, but Jenna was immune to his bad boy charm.  He immediately noticed her and walked over with both hands in his pockets, he almost looked nervous.

"Hey."  Matt said.

"Hi."  Jenna replied quietly.

Matt took his backpack off and sat beside Jenna at the small table.  Jenna placed a physics book right in front of him.  He took a quick glance at the cover before looking up at Jenna.

"You're in my English class, right?"

"Yes."  Jenna replied curtly.

"What's your name?"

What's your name?  We've had multiple classes together all throughout high school... Jenna thought.

"Jenna Coleman."  She replied through gritted teeth.

Matt could tell she was getting annoyed so he just opened to the first page in the book and began to read quietly.

While Matt focused his attention on reading, Jenna got the chance to look at him.  He had a big chin... And a part of her thought it was cute.  His hair was perfectly brushed to one side and occasionally he would take his hand and run through it with his finger tips.

He caught her staring at him and he began to blush.

"Um...  I finished reading this chapter, I think I'm ready for the worksheet now..."  Matt said.

Jenna slapped the worksheet down in front him causing him to jump.

"What was that for?"  Matt asked in confusion.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, it seems like you have a problem with me..."

"No, I don't."  Jenna said, she didn't look at him while she spoke, she focused her attention on her homework.

Matt rolled his eyes and continued to do his work.  When he finished he handed his sheet to Jenna to correct.

"All these answers are wrong..."  She explained to him his mistakes hoping that next time he would get the answers right.

"It looks like we're out of time..."  Jenna said looking at the clock.

"When should be have our next tutoring session?" Matt asked.

"Tomorrow after school sound good? Same time, same place?"

"Sounds good."  Matt said.

Jenna gathered up her things and headed out of the library.

"Wait!" Matt yelled.

"What?" Jenna whipped around and growled at him.

"I just...  Wanted to say thank you."  Matt said with a sincere small.

Jenna rolled her eyes and walked away.
