Traversing through the new section of the Marrow, Kyra reached a room where a bubbling white substance was stuck on parts of the floor, walls, and celling, to Kyra, it reminded her of glue; reaching another room, the white, glue-like substance was still there, and then, many T.V. screens, Projectors, and computers turned on, revealing silhouettes of a man, and a woman.
"Stop and listen to yourself Myra, a secret society abducted Lily and staged her death, do you know how crazy that sounds",
"But it's true, why can't you understand that",
"I know it's hard to accept, Myra, but... she's gone, our little girl's gone, thankfully we made it to Kyra in time",
"But I have proof, look... Kyra, you believe me, right",
"...I'm sorry mom... it... it sounds crazy",
"Myra, you're obsessed, you need rest, once you get past this, you'll learn to accept...",
"No, I'll never accept it, if neither of you both won't help me, then I'll find out the truth on my own",
"Mom... you were right, I wish I could've agreed with you back then", Kyra said, lowering her head as the projector shut off, along with the computers and T.V.'s, the only light source was from Kyra's flashlight.
"Can't change the past... no matter how hard you try",
"I know that lesson, and I will save them this time", Kyra stated, leaving the room, looking at the door down the hallway, she noticed the Glue-like substance jump out of the hallway and the door's slamming shut behind it.
"That's new", Kyra thought to herself as she approached the doors, as she tried to open the door; pushing with all her strength, she noticed the substance on the door, and a giant monster in the middle of a pool of the white goop, it's body the same as the glue-like goop; she immediately hid as the head came out of its body, looking in her direction.
"There's no way I can take that thing out, I'll have to sneak past it", Kyra thought; as the monster turned its head, Kyra ran towards another area of cover, the monster luckily stayed in one spot as Kyra made it to the door;
"It would be a shame... if he were to find you",
"You wouldn't", Kyra whispered in a threatening tone, her doppelganger smirking at her.
"SHE'S OVER HERE",
The goop monster turned its head towards her as the doppelganger disappeared, the monster roared at her, the white goop growing to reach her; she bolted down the hallway, the only though in her mind... she had to get out of there, nearing the exit, a piece the creature pulled her to the ground, slowly dragging her away from the door as the it emerged from the ground, this time, revealing it's weak spot.
"Let go of me", Kyra shouted as she began shooting the creature, the monster let go of her as she then ran out of the room, the creature disappearing into the goop as she slammed the doors shut "the place is stable my ass",
Moving forward, she reaching another safe room which led towards the exit she needed to get to; inside, she was greeted with darkness, the only light source was a computer, camera feeds were shown, but what interested her, was a file on the desk, Lily's picture was on it.
"Looks like someone's been watching me, and gathering data on Lily", Kyra muttered.
"Don't move", a woman's voice said sternly, from the corner of her eye, she saw a gun pointed at her back.
"You're Mobius, right", Kyra asked, but the woman pushed her on the table.
"Shut up, don't say a word", the woman shouted, pushing the barrel of the gun on her back, "you're not one of us",
