Khun spent the rest of his day repeating Bams words over and over. He was convinced that Bam felt the same way as him but it felt too good to be true. Also knowing that Bam most likely felt that way made him extremely nervous and excited about seeing him the next day.  And although he was scared, Khun couldn't wait to see him again. Later in the evening, Bam messaged across the details for his address, Khun threw his phone down without replying, not trusting himself to send a sensible message.

After another restless night Khun soon found himself outside Bam's apartment building. He had barely even pressed the number for Bams apartment when he heard that all too familiar voice crackling through the intercom.

"Khun, you're exactly on time! Come on up."

Without getting a chance to say a word, the intercom beeped signalling that the door had been unlocked. He hastily made his way inside and headed up to the floor Bam lived on. When the door of the elevator opened on Bam's floor, Khun was very quickly dragged out and into a tight hug, he had a feeling this was going to become a habit.

"I'm so happy you came! You never responded to my message with the details so I didn't know if you were going to turn up."

"Woah! Bam!? What are you doing out here!?"

Khun reluctantly pulled away from Bams grip, highly conscious that they were standing out in the apartment building hallway where everyone could see.

"Sorry, I got too excited and couldn't help myself. Come on, I'll show you around my place."

Bam smiled innocently at Khun as he grabbed onto the blue eyed boys hand and dragged him down the corridor to his home. He intertwined their fingers refusing to let go and guided him through his apartment, giving him a mini tour until they finally reached the room he used for streaming.

"I figured we would probably end up playing games together first, but let me know if there is anything else you want to do. Do you want a drink? Any snacks?"

"Do you want to tone it down?"

Khun chuckled at Bam's excited rambling, he found it utterly adorable how enthusiastic he was.

"Haha, I'm just happy you came. I was a bit worried that you might have stopped talking to me."

This statement shocked and confused Khun.

"Why the hell would I do that?"

"After what I said yesterday, I thought maybe you finally understood...."

Bam trailed off as Khun blushed and interrupted him.

"Yeah, games would be good! What should we play? I brought my laptop."

His stomach turning flips, Khun wasn't yet prepared to acknowledge their mutual feelings out loud. He was scared about what would happen next, what would be expected of him, the embarrassment of confessing his feelings. He was scared of change.

Bam smiled, a little sad at Khun's reaction but still encouraged as the older boy hadn't actually turned him down outright. He was positive now that Khun felt the same way about him but he wanted to take things at Khun's pace without pushing him into anything. Before, Bam was unsure about Khun's feelings but his reaction to his words the previous day gave him some hope. Now being fairly sure that Khun felt the same way, he knew that all he had to do was find the right timing and take it from there.

The pair then made themselves comfortable and enjoyed an afternoon of playing games together until Khun sat back in his seat, stretching his wrists, rolling them in a circular motion.

"Urgh, I think that's enough for today, my wrists are starting to hurt and I didn't bring my supports with me."

"Wait, are you going now?"

Bam turned to Khun, his eyes wide open as if begging him to stay longer.

"Um, well.... is there something else we can do?"

A massive grin appeared on Bam's face as Khun easily gave in to him.

"We could watch a movie? I'll put on a good one, let's go to the lounge, it will be more comfortable there."

Khun followed Bam through the apartment to the cosy lounge area, Bam gestured for him to take a seat on the couch whilst he stayed standing flicking through the streaming site choosing a movie for them both to watch. Once he had finally decided what film to put on for them, he disappeared from the room but shortly came back throwing a fluffy blanket over Khun.

"Here, to keep you warm."

"Thanks..."

Khun placed the blanket over himself as Bam dropped down on the sofa awfully close to him. Their sides were touching as Bam pulled the blanket over himself shuffling even closer. Khun glanced at Bam next to him who smiled in return.

"What? I only have one blanket."

Bam made his poor excuse as he pressed play on the film, Khun attempted to concentrate on the TV screen which was extremely difficult considering just how close the brunette was to him, his heart was pounding and he was worried that Bam could tell just how nervous he was. It wasn't too long into the film that he spoke to the boy next to him.

"Bam.... shouldn't you be watching the screen?"

"Hmmm? I've seen this before and I've found something more interesting to watch."

Feeling his cheeks burn, Khun shuffled uncomfortably though this didn't help matters as Bam was pressed against his side, his golden eyes trained on Khuns face. As the movie played on, Khun grew used to Bams golden gaze on him and finally started to take notice of the film. By the time it had come to an end, the pair were sunk into the deep sofa comfortably, almost lying down. Khun turned to Bam to give his opinion on what he had just seen.

"That was...!"

Turning his head, his words were lost as he realised Bams face was just inches away from his own.

It was as if time had stopped. Staring into each others eyes, they searched for a sign, anything to know what the other was feeling, to make sure they both wanted the same thing.

Khun felt an overwhelming sensation coarse through his body as he watched Bam's golden gaze flickering between his own cobalt stare and his lips. His own eyes started to do the same, glancing at his rosy, slightly parted lips and then back to his hungry golden eyes.

Acting on instinct, Khun closed his eyes as Bam reached a hand to his face, gently grazing his cheek with his fingertips.

Their heads tilted Bam relished this opportunity to admire Khuns beautiful features. His dainty nose and thin lips, his pale, pristine skin, his cheeks glowing a faint pink and his long lashes brushing his skin when his eyelids dropped.

Khun felt Bam's breath against his lips as the tingling sensation of expectation burned on them. A knot formed in his stomach as his hands reached up to grip onto Bams shirt, desperately wanting their skin to touch.

And then they were brought back to reality.
